A friend recommended this auto body shop. They are honest, knowledgeable, helpful and surprisingly reasonable. They helped me navigate an insurance nightmare. I hope I never have to use a body shop again, but if I do, I definitely will pick them.

A great body shop. I was able to get an estimate on replacing a damaged bumper right away. Other shops had 1 week waiting lists just to get an estimate. Vortec's was able to procure multiple replacement parts in a very short time and the installation and painting only took 1 week. Workmanship and paint color match was excellent. Great people there. I highly recommend them.
This body shop is absolutely the best and the customer service is definitely five stars. My girlfriend was in an auto accident and they repaired her car perfectly and recently I just messed up my door on my car and I came for a quick fix and that's exactly what it was fixed quickly and perfectly I definitely recommend this place to anybody that needs any autobody work big or small

Took my Toyota mr2 too get a frame realignment after an accident I had during the rain. Previously another shop had quoted me more and was taking too long too show any progress. Vortex took only 3 days and got everything right and for less than my previous quote!! Definitely recommend not my first time doing business or my last .
Omg the best in Monterey county. I would never consider any other shop. They are very professional, very helpful, and will always do the job right! I took all of my cars to get tints there as well and my ride has been lookin A1 . When I tell y’all it’s the best. IT IS THE BEST shop ever!!!!

Smashed up my fender on my precious 2019 VW bug. Got some outrageous quotes until I found myself at Vortec's. Jaime dropped the car back to me today and it looks fantastic. Perfect paint match, no indication of the previous damage. Cost was totally reasonable and the car came back early. Total thumbs up to these guys. Great, professional work!
