Serena and her crew previously did an excellent job on my wife’s 4Runner. They were great with communication during the whole process.
Recently, I had a SRS (airbag) fault issue on my other car due to my 7 year old kicking the seat. The occupancy sensors in the passenger seat “thought” there was a collision. There was, but with my son’s crazy feet!
I thought, I know just the people to recalibrate! Serena and Ramon were able to set me on my way in a few minutes and no more pesky SRS light!
Something is very sketchy here, dude stood me up...
My mom had work done here and I while I was there I asked a about a small section on my car to be repainted as it looked really bad. I was told a price that I couldn't refuse. I made the plans with them to bring the car on a date and time. Being proactive as I always am I stopped by on the weekend before to verify the date and time to bring the car. We agreed for a second time the date and time to bring to the shop. He asked to me to bring cash so I did... I showed up on that day early and waited, and waited, and waited. I waited an extra 30 minutes before I found my time too valuable to be sitting there waiting for someone to never show up. Don't trust this place. Something is sketchy and ain't right. If your going to do under the table work you might want to stay true to your word.
Honest work, didn't charge me when they realized the work required was less than the quoted price. I am so thankful and would definitely use them again! They even gave the car a wash before returning it!
They did the job, I didn’t have to deal with payment (I was crashed into, and other driver had insurance)
The paint on the new bumper doesn’t match the original, and it took a full month for turnaround after initially telling me it would be 2 weeks, so that’s why 3 stars. (Just say it will take longer early on, that’s easier to plan for)
Caliber Collision was recommended by my insurance. They were so helpful in scheduling my estimate and repair, and at drop off they called rental company for my pickup for me. My service advisor was Manuel, who was SO friendly and informative. He was provided a several updates and was very detailed with his answers. The whole process took less than a week, and my car looked even better at pickup than before the minor accident.

This place was recommended by my insurance and had mostly good reviews from what I could find. Customer experience could not have been worse. Tried to deliver me a repair that was incomplete and horrendously painted. Every alignment was off, hardware was missing, the paint had the worst orange peel. Was told 2 new headlights, when I looked only 1 was “new” and both had heavy condensation. It was unbelievable that was considered a finished job. After the redo of the job, it is still mediocre at best. And was charged a second time for them to fix their own mistakes. Poor alignment, hood hardware still missing, paint still not correct, headlights are cross eyed and not aligned, bumper has poor fitment still. An 8 day job quote turned into over a month wait for mid grade workmanship. Hit my insurance for more than $10,000 for subpar workmanship after nearly doubling the estimate.
Absolutely do not go to this body shop, cannot dissuade you enough. Do not let this happen to you.

I was really pleased with the customer service and professionalism I received from Caliber Collision in Seaside. I went to 4 shots to bid my job and was happy with the fair pricing and great service I received from Caliber Seaside, in particular the manager Hector Quiroz. He worked WITH me and not against me, communicating often and keeping me update on my car and its progress. I received my car as good as new and won't ever do bodywork anywhere else. Highly recommend!
I had a nasty car accident and my car was brought to Caliber. The team at Caliber were professional and friendly throughout the entire process. When hiccups arose, they communicated the issue immediately and kept me up to date. The repair is seamless. If I didn't know which side was hit, I could never tell.

This is an amazing company. Very professional and considerate, kept me well-informed about the status of my repair work, their repairs made my car look flawless. Worked with the insurance aspect in a seamless manner, basically I didn’t have to worry about any of it. They even returned my rental car for me at the end of the whole process. Beautiful paint work, and the interior was cleaned and polished to perfection. I highly recommend them.
