I have been using this shop for 22 years. Previously the customer service was excellent but unfortunately that is no longer so. I was treated very rudely by the most recent person at the front desk.
Following Google reviews here. My previous shop changed owner. Just did a 50k checkup for 150$. Super fast. The guy is very nice and gave me all the information afterwards. Will send my wife's car there another day. Thumbs up!
I’ve never completely trusted an repair shop until I found this gem. I was shopping for a “new” used car. One was practical and the other was a total cherry. Both had good CARFAX. They found a million different hidden defects with the fancy car and it was like watching detective work. The other car was good. Since then, I’ve had people suggest I replace this or that and I’ll go them and they tell me it’s not necessary yet or something minor can be done instead. Also, while you’re waiting, there’s a room upstairs with desks. Very good customer service too. I like and highly recommend them.
Went in for a already diagnosed TPMS sensor by an industry ASE Certified Profesional they ignored what I asked for and tested althea tires ect, they pulled the tire that had the bad sensor and replaced THE sensor, but he couldn't or didn't know how to program the DEVICE TPMS number typed Into The ECU.i was charged $85 for a half done job
They are the best. I always went to them before I moved. Then I moved to Hawaii then had car issues. I called them to help cause I didn't know who to trust. Not even in the state but they called to help me. They are super smart they know Honda for sure Asked them to help me on vw. They like no but they still did. Helped me pass smog. Really super awesome place. If your looking for a place that is super awesome and tells you the truth this is the place. They are good prices but even if I had to pay more I would it's worth it. Don't go anywhere else

We’ve been going here for 4 years for oil changes and maintenance. They are trustworthy, honest, and always do a great job. Our 2 cars are going last us longer because of The Masters’.
They have always done phenomenal work on my Hondas( which I have been going there for upwards of 20 years , and a few different cars). They are friendly and knowledgeable.
Very professional and helpful people. Micheal took care of me both times I have been in the shop and they were able to pinpoint and fix my problems, despite how vague or niche they have been. He even gave some advice and fixed a small issue for free, which is a hard price to beat. As an Acura owner, the Masters is definitely going to be my go-to mechanics shop with their fair prices and knowledgeable staff!

Masters has proven itself time and again to be the best car repair shop I have ever used. Honest and ethical, welcoming and helpful, they always make me feel like a respected, valued customer.
Employees friendly and service was pretty fast. But $132 for a conventional oil change and tire rotation is more than double the standard cost. Their supposed appeal is that they won't find additional maintenance that a dealership might recommend. I'll be going back to the dealership from here on.

I did a ton of research before making an appointment here, and decided this was the way to go, and I have been thoroughly impressed with them. Excellent pricing, quick service, honest appraisals and quality work. I had some nasty oil leaks and needed some pretty routine repairs done on my 4runner (the kind where the parts are not too expensive but it's a day's work) and they had the best prices in town by a long shot. She's running beautifully now! Go here!
