  Always helpful and courteous staff. Usually there is a line but they work well to get you on your way and they help as much as they can, like coming outside to help add a fluid or showing me how to do something simple on the vehicle instead of going to a mechanic.

  Great place to rent a tool you might need to finish a project. I just rented a steering wheel pulled and returned it the next day and got a full refund of my deposit. So basically, tool rental is free. You just have to put down a deposit, return tool within 48 hrs and get your deposit back.

  Great place for parts in Monterey. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Quick receipt of non-stocked parts. My go-to corporate parts store in Monterey, and my experience here led me to seek out O'Reillys when visiting my family (where I've shopped loyally with another brand my entire life). 10/10 would recommend O'Reilly's anywhere based on my experience with this particular store.

  This place always seems to have the parts I need for my 66 Ford f100, sometimes I need to wait until the next day. But it's worth it in the long run. Saves me the hassle of driving around trying to find the parts myself!
