I had a great experience! I was able to get an appointment the very next day for a transmission fluid exchange. The staff explained the process clearly and gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would take. Throughout the service, they kept me updated and were incredibly professional. They took 7plus hours for basic routine work and when we asked how much longer they kept adding 20-30mins more. This is our only vehicle and they wouldn’t give us loaner. Not to mention they tried to charge over $1000 for parts and labor. When the part itself is roughly $300 The Salinas dodge is just as bad. They charge $250/hr for labor.

The Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced – Stay Away! If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an appointment scheduled in advance with this Dodge dealership, and they completely blew me off. They promised to take care of my vehicle and claimed they’d be in touch — that never happened. Not once did I get a follow-up call. I had to chase them down for updates, only to find out that the car sat there untouched for two full weeks. Two weeks — and not a single thing done. When I finally showed up in person, they looked me in the face and lied. Everything they originally told me — the timeline, the communication, the care — was just talk. Empty promises. I felt completely disrespected and disregarded as a customer. What makes it even worse is that I came in with trust. They said all the right things at the beginning. “We’ll take care of you.” “We’ll stay in contact.” All lies. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at any dealership, anywhere. I will never step foot in this place again, and I strongly recommend others avoid it. If this is how they treat people who schedule appointments and give them business, I can’t imagine how careless they are with everything else. Do yourself a favor — go literally anywhere else.

Made an appointment online even have the screen shot of the page it sends you to after. I call them to confirm and they couldn’t find it. Communication 0/10. Online was told I’d get a call from them. Never did. Just go somewhere else.

Avoid this Service Center! Horrible Communication and Customer Service. They had my truck for over 5 months!!! They say they will call you and don’t. If I could I would give them negative Stars! Places like this give other service center a bad name.

Extremely Disappointed – Major Decline Since Change in Ownership I’ve been a loyal customer of Seaside Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM and have spent a significant amount of money here, but my recent experience was absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I had a 10:30am service appointment for my Wagoneer on a Friday and drove an hour to get there, arriving early. The advisors checked me in and told me I would receive a call with an update. By noon, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called to check in. I couldn’t reach my advisor and was told I would get a callback. No one called. I followed up again two hours later—same story. Finally, I drove back to the dealership at 3:30pm, only to find my car sitting in the exact same spot I had left it that morning. It hadn’t even been touched. When I asked the advisor what was going on, I was told the technicians were “backed up.” How does that happen when I had a scheduled appointment? That’s the entire purpose of scheduling—to ensure time is allocated. Frustrated, I called to speak with the Director of Operations, who I had communicated with prior to the service visit. He assured me it would be handled that day. Spoiler: it wasn’t. I left upset and continued to follow up with calls, all of which were routed through the call center. I was promised return calls from both the Director and call center manager—none of which ever came. The lack of communication, broken promises, and total disregard for my time and loyalty were appalling. It’s clear the change in ownership has led to a serious decline in customer service. I’ve never felt so undervalued as a customer. Be warned—this is no longer the dealership it once was.

I came from out of state to purchased a specific Ram Promaster they had on their lot. John Sercia was very helpful in answering my many questions and did an excellent job having all of the purchasing details specific to my out of state requirements and the vehicle ready for me to drive home. John and team went the extra mile and get two thumbs up.

Horrible customer service. When they say they are going to call you they NEVER do. Three weeks and not one call from anyone. I have had to reach out or stop by every time. I had bought my Jeep, brand new from them a few years ago. Supposed to take three days for hoses and a pump and took a week and cost $1,800, then same issue again, took back and same day they said it was fixed. Two days later broke down on highway and now won’t go past 35mph, check engine light back on and a leak and is worse then when I initially brought it in. Now back at the shop waiting for a part that will take 4 days because they never seem to have any parts on hand and I had to insist they give me a loaner because I already spent $1,000 in rentals and the rental had cockroaches in it. I demanded another loaner car. Went back down there 15 min before closing because again, no phone call to be told they had no cars available. I told them exactly what I felt about their service and finally was able to speak to the new GM, Ken who I have to say was great and made things right. He’s new and was hired to fix things, which I told him he has his work cut out for him. He got me a new car to use for the week until mine is finally fixed right. If it wasn’t for him I would say don’t ever go there for anything but he deserves a chance and I will be back because of him providing excellent customer service. Thank you.

Allow me to start by first saying I am not the type to leave a review however my service here was completely unacceptable so I’d like to make other buyers aware. I drove 3 hours to purchase my car had an appointment scheduled yet when I arrived the manager had decided to take the keys home (assuming he had been joy riding the car while it sat on the lot) anyways after 30 minutes Ryan my salesman finds the spare key. First thing I noticed when I started the car was the exhaust did not sound OEM however Ryan reassured me that everything was completely stock stating “an older couple traded it in” my fault for not doing my own look into it but still he was dishonest. Not to mention the cars actual miles were 37k not the listed 31k. We ended up working out a deal and I was told they would get the original key and ship it out to me id get a free tank of gas as well a complimentary detail, none of this ended up happening. A day later I started noticing squealing did some research and turns out the car had a ripped belt even though they started they had preformed their “125 point inspection” and found no issues. When I reached out regarding these issues I was meant with false hope that they would do the right thing and we could come to an agreement of some sort however they stopped responding. I regret doing my business here and strongly recommend you stay far away from them.

3 stars for cosmetic and SAFETY DAMAGE on two separate visits with no mention of damage on pickup. Took my jeep for an oil change and tire rotation and they broke a lug nut and didn’t tell me. When I went back they remembered broke ‘one’ and said that’s ’normal wear and tear’. I decided to upgrade to all one-piece nuts over the holiday since the two-piece design is garbage. Turns out they mushroomed ALL 20 nuts and the tire wrench wouldn’t take any of them off they were so damaged. This is a huge safety issue and I wouldn’t have been able to change a tire if I got a flat out on a trail. Had to take the jeep back to get an airbag module installed after mine stopped working after I removed the seat. They had to take off the center console to get to the computer which meant that they needed to remove the shifter knob. They apparently used a wrench with teeth on the plastic part and left gouges in my shifter knob. They also didn’t fully put the console back in. All things I discovered after I paid them several hundred dollars for labor. I don’t know if the techs aren’t trained, they are over scheduled, or they just don’t care, but I expect that they aren’t going to break my vehicle -even cosmetically- when I go in for service. Recently purchased a Chrysler Pacifica here. Ryan and Chris were both very helpful and got the deal done in in about a week. We had some delays and back-and-forth but that was mostly out of their hands as they worked hard to find a car that fit our requirements. Turns out we were trying to buy at the same time as everyone else due to limited time deals and the inventory was disappearing. In the end they came through for us and we are happy with the purchase! I want to give this place a 0 but I had to give a 1 start for putting my review. First of all if you are going to this dealership DO NOT WORK WITH VINCE WHO IS A SALES GUY AND CRHIS who is FINANCE MANAGER. Both of this guys were on my phone nonstop calling me for three days to make a deal. I apparently give up and did the deal with them. I Purchased a JEEP RUBICON from this guys had them delivered to my house location. When the deal was done they did my credit and promised to get the vehicle at 1 o’clock afternoon mind you I had to call in the morning and ask them what time they are coming they keep delaying it stating the car is in detail eventually with falls promises I got the car at 8:40 pm evening time when it was dark and can’t see anything. The next morning I saw the car no cleaning no wash to the car it was really dirty will post pictures. By law they had to bring in my paperwork with them on the day of delivery which they did not. I had to call the dealership multiple time and call Chris and Vince multiple time and I’m not able to get a hold of them. I purchased this vehicle on Saturday Nov 16th and still have not received no legal paperwork from them stating this car is mine nor do I know what bank I was approved. I also try to get a hold of finance general manager Giuseppe but was not able to get a hold of him also. Took my Jeep Wrangler in about 6 months ago for service. Tech mentioned the transmission pan was leaking. They had my vehicle for 10 days, claiming the pan gasket was difficult to find. Finally, they claim to have received it and changed it out. FFW to a few mos later when I brought my vehicle for another service. I was told that the transmission pan was leaking! I said "I know, you changed the gasket for me last time I was here". They acted like they didn't know that had been done then claimed the new gasket "must have been faulty". With my experience here, my best guess is that they never changed the gasket at all the first time. Now, I'm trying to get a new horn for the same vehicle. When I was on the line with Parts placing the order, they had me on speaker phone while giving them my credit card number! I asked them to remove me from speaker but dude, what a ridiculous thing to do! That was about 3 weeks ago. I was told the horn would be delivered to them within a few days. They still have not called to tell me it's in. I called them last week and left a message but no call back. I called again today but got no answer in the Parts dept so I called Service and was left on hold for quite a while so I hung up. I guess our time means nothing to them. I'll have to go about it the old fashioned way and go down there in person for some answers/information. I would give zero stars if possible. And I'm in the market for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee but I will absolutely NOT be buying it from this dealership. Sad because I live in Seaside, too, and would love to keep my business local :(

I live in Salinas I thought seaside would be able to help me , because Salinas ram jeep is so busy it takes weeks to schedule an appointment. Call this morning about a recall on my truck. They told me they will give me a call back to double check.after I had made an appointment already on Monday. I never received a call back. I had to call back right at 4 pm . I doubt with this service worker a lady that was rude as hell . The service manager was nice and polite, but that girl that I don’t work rude. I wouldn’t go back there people if you don’t like what you’re doing. Get a different job

I bought my used 2013 Honda Civic Si at this dealership and my experience with this dealership was bad. I drove 2 hours to purchase my Si so I came from long distance. This dealership did three wrong things to me. First, I forgot my credit card at their facility. It could have been me that left it or they forgot to give it back to me. But I will give them the benefit of a doubt that I accidently left it. I contacted the person Manny that sold me my car and asked him if he could mail it to me since I live 2 hours away. He told me he would mail it to me, he never did, and their manager told me later on that they probably shredded it when I was told that they were going to mail it to me and made me wait couple of weeks. Secondly, they did not smog my car when they sold it to me. The manager contacted me in an urgent manner saying that I need to smog my car in two days so that they can transfer the title to me. This was their responsibility not mine. June the manager told me that he was going to cut me a check right away after I smog it. I took time off my day and spent money and did the smog, something that was not my responsibility and their fault. I checked with June, the manager, about my reimbursement and he told me they mailed it to me. The check never came and I am sure they never mailed it just like how my credit card was never mailed to me. Oh yeah, they also ran my credit when I paid for my vehicle in full cash. My credit score took a hit right after I purchased my vehicle which I paid in cash.

Even after getting my car, she still checked up to see how I was enjoying it! She got me in and out with paperwork! I purchased a new vehicle from Seaside in July 24. All staff members were professional, kind, and patient with my questions on processes or requests for explanations. Overall a strongly positive car buying experience and I recommend Seaside for all friends and family. I usually never write Google reviews but Seaside is clearly higher than a 3.6 rating after my experience. Shout out to both Vince Faiello (a stellar salesman) and manager Giuseppe. In the end, all parties were happy with the deals we made. 5/5 will buy again from seaside. -AP

Had a great service for a recall on my Jeep here at their service center. Really friendly front staff, and the whole process was straightforward and seamless. No damage to my car when returned which is always a plus! (I don’t expect that of course, but I’m sure some people want to know that) Only knock for a star was I had been estimated 2 hours and from a 10am drop off pick up was actually at 2:30pm so if you’re someone who doesn’t have an alternative car for work or something highly overestimate the service time! (Pretty standard issue with service centers I’m guessing, but better to just tell customers the longer option first!)

Don't EVER buy a vehicle here. They don't care about customers at all once the paperwork has been signed. I bought a Challenger that had a dent in the rear panel and they said they were going to get it fixed for me. After I signed and contacted them they ghosted me. Once their in house guy said it needed to go to a body shop all communication stopped and they ignored me. I called at least 10 times and left messages with the salesman up to the GM and NEVER heard anything from them again. I even left a message with the new guy and he actually said to me" if you leave a message for the manager all he will do is tell the salesman to call me back". No accountability, trust, and no class. They lied to me and ignored me. Go somewhere else for your car needs. D

I just want to say that I’ve never had an experience like this before when purchasing a car. would recommend this dealership. They went above and beyond in service. There was no pressure to making a purchase. The deal literally took a whole day but they were patient with us. Very Family friendly. But most importantly they are Willing to work with customers/families. Thank you Edgar for showing us the jeeps and thank you June for helping us get our dream car. I recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Dodge in the Seaside Auto Mall. My experience with Manny was wonderful! I had gone to Gilroy and Salinas before coming to Seaside and service was night and day. I was greeted quickly, spoken to with respect and kindness and felt like he really cared about what I wanted. Car shopping can be difficult and stressful, but that wasn’t my experience here. The place was clean, all the staff were friendly. I was able to take my time and make sure I was leaving with exactly what I wanted. I am extremely content with my experience and so grateful to have been able to work with Manny! Most of all, I’m excited for my awesome, new car. Thank you!!!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This business is unethical and will do anything to get a sale. Their service department is horrible and I will never return. After buying my 2023 Ram I had to haggle with them for over a week to replace a defective tire. After 14 days I finally got my truck back with a cheaper tire that didn't match the others and they damaged the wheel in the process. It took an additional 2 days to resolve it (by taking a wheel and tire off a new truck in the lot, wondering if they disclosed that to the buyer??) After my first oil change at another dealership I learned they sold me a cheap service contract that only covers oil changes, tire rotations and fluid top-offs. The warranty salesman FLAT OUT LIED and told me ALL maintenance was covered, including gearboxes, radiator and transmission service... my fault for not reading the fine print and taking his word, lesson learned, always read the contract. I have had numerous problems with this truck and after contacting Isaac, he told me it was out of his hands and they could not help me, I would have to resolve it with Ram Customer Service. I am proceeding with a lemon law claim now after only 8 months and this dealership turned their back and won't accept any responsibility for poor service and a $70,000 unreliable truck. They even offered me free fuel fill ups to return. They could offer me free fuel for life and I would never go back. Save yourself the hassle, stay away from this dealership!!!

My car was at this dealership for almost 2 months. Warranty had expired. You can imagine the bill. Issue no longer there. I found several "extra" clamps unattached after keys were given back. Moral of the story - DO NOT buy a 2015 Chrysler 200 S.

Had an awesome experience here at Seaside Chrysler Dodge. I was given a good offer that I couldn't refuse I had even tried other places in San Jose where I was laughed at for trying to negotiate. Here I was treated way better and they where willing to negotiate, the customer service was awesome! Joel and Ivan where super cool people very down to earth very straight forward but also very helpful with negotiating the price. I got the usual stuff water, soda, popcorn. The day I went to pick up my car I was given burritos from el charrito which was super cool! I'd definitely recommend this place to buy a new car.

I bought a 2015 CTS V Sport from Seaside, sight unseen and had it delivered. I can't say enough good things! The car is beautiful, the transaction was easy. Jose was my salesman and he was great; sent many pics and a video. Bruce, the delivery driver was awesome! The car is in primo condition, as described. I am 6 hours from this dealer and they still delivered the car. This whole transaction was pretty scary, as I had a bad experience with a dealer in Fresno a week ago. I highly recommend Seaside CDJR!

This was our first time to visit this dealership I must say we were pleasantly surprised. 1) They have their COVID-19 safety procedures very seriously. We feel very safe for doing our business over there. 2) We bought RAM 1500. Our vehicle was also ready sooner than Expected. I never saw the loan procedure so smooth. My credit was also not good but I got my approval less than 15 mins. They gave us very good deal, Better than all other dealerships in California. We are from Sacramento but we will be back for our next car and will spread the word among friends how pleased we were. Thank You for treating us like family.

we traded our Kia optima for a renegade trailhawk. the salesman that helped us was very friendly and give us his opinion about a lot of things without being boring or pushing us to do what he recommended. the same with the manager and the one that does the paperwork. I recommend this place 100%, I know I'm coming back again for my next car.
