Brian was fantastic. Price was way better than other places as well. Brian arrived within 30 minutes and took me and my car to the dealership to get fixed. He even backed it into a tight parking spot like a pro. It was even nice to chat during the ride and took my mind off of how stressed I was. Definitely will be calling again when I need a tow.
This man is an angel. I was stranded tonight at midnight tonight with my 3 year old. Brian came out and put my spare on for me at 1am when no other companies would come out.
10 pm at night my car started to have electrical issues so I pulled into target in marina, happen to be next to a tow truck and when I couldn’t figure it out, I asked the man who i bet could be doing a million other things if he could help out. He came over, gave it a look, and figured it out and fixed it! He said have a good night and be safe. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but he really saved my night. My driver was excellent, professional, took care of my paper weight of a car to the dealership. Never said anything about my full stuff garage. When I need to tow that EV again I will use their service again. Absolutely recommend.

My family friend was stranded in her 2016 Tahoe with a dead battery, this company said their tow trucks were 4hrs out!?!? Is the public supposed to believe this? I feel they got bigger gigs to handle, so I’d say their all about the bottom line “Mighty Dollar”, & not the care & safety of our community. Buyer beware, spend your hard earned dollars with a company that cares for you, not how big your wallet is!
I blew a tire on Hwy 68 late at night. I called Matteson and Beers Towing and Brian was there within a half hour. Not only did he arrive quickly, but he made the whole process easy. He answered all my questions, dropped my truck off where I requested, and gave me a ride home. I highly recommend Matteson and Beers towing and would not hesitate to call Brian again.
Amazing people!! We had some car trouble on a Sunday afternoon on Mothers Day and they still came to our aid in under 30 minutes! And gave us a ride Home! They are professional, friendly, and know what they're doing. And they charge a lot less than other quotes I got! I will be doing all my towing business with them from now on!!!
I highly recommend this company!!!! They came out pretty late and helped me with unlocking my car after I had locked the keys in. They were fast efficient and very, very pleasant to work with. I will use this company for any more services I have in the future!!!!
