Ricky is awesome. Car died late at night and I called 5 different towing companies on the Peninsula and everyone turned me away. AAA was a 4 hour wait! Ricky answered the phone right away and was there towing my car 17 minutes later. Super professional, very kind, and extremely helpful. If I am ever in a bind in the future I will for sure be calling Ricky's.
Ricky is just the most amazing and honest guy you can go to if you need a tow. Just like the other reviews say he was where I needed him to be within 30 mins and got everything up and ready to go in no time at all. Amazing guy and amazing service, no doubt in my mind that if I run into any other issues on the road ricky will be there for me if needed.

I’m writing this review as Rickey is helping me with my roadside assistance. Rented a car from Avis. Had a blow out on HwY 1 by Monterey Bay. Waited over 2.5 hours for Avis to dispatch roadside assistance with 3 little kids in the car just for that person to never show up. Then they dispatched Ricky who they should have dispatched first. Came right away and helped me out at night on a busy HWY. my family and I are grateful for Ricky as we are not sure anyone would’ve come out as late as it’s getting. Avis = Garbage

First time experiencing a towing service today and my insurance company arranged the service with Ricky's Towing. The service showed up within 30 minutes after being arranged. The person that drove the tow truck was the owner Ricky himself and Ricky was such a nice guy and the whole process was handled professionally. My brakes gave out with brake fluids leaking everywhere and the brakes do not function at all. One would wonder how could someone drive it up unto a flatbed but Ricky was very courageous and drove that SUV up on to his flatbed nice and slow with very much care. The same great care was provided driving it down from his flatbed when we arrived at the repair shop. I had to ride with Ricky in his truck to the repair shop and he seems to be a popular guy in town because he was waving hello to a few drivers; even one yelled "Ricky!!!" while we were at a stoplight and Ricky gave the same enthusiastic acknowledgement to the guy. It was a great experience today with Ricky and his tow truck service and a bonus great conversation during the ride. I will be happy to use his service again and would ask my insurance company to specifically arrange it with him again in the future. It is good to know of local business owners taking great care of the local people. Ricky is the best example that should be followed. Ricky, good to meet you sir and keep up the good work!
Ricky was a life saver! Our car was stuck over 120 miles away from home, he showed up within 20 mins, loaded the car up even though there wasn't a lot of room, and drove us to the dealership near home. Highly recommend using his services!

I feel very lucky in that a great friend referred me to Ricky for towing services when I my Porsche was down. I am picky about who I work with. Ricky was a true professional, the best in class. He was excellent with communication and easy to reach when I needed him, and made the process a breeze. Because my car is not easy to drive, I am often cautious about who I hand the keys to (other than the friend who referred me to Ricky, who has driven 8-figure cars!). It is clear that Ricky works with many high-end cars as he handled my car, a manual transmission with race car clutch, with complete ability. I had the pleasure of using Ricky’s Towing and Transport. My car broke down on New Year’s Eve. Ricky’s towing turned a quite stressful event into a pleasant experience. The tow truck arrived promptly, and the driver was not only extremely skilled but also very friendly and understanding. We had to drive from one repair shop to the other because a lot of them were closed during the holiday season. Ricky is THE GUY to know if you ever break down in Monterey County. I have Good Sam and they contacted him first - then another person. It was very confusing - but Ricky showed up and even contacted a mobile mechanic who came and diagnosed on the SPOT on thw freeway! - and for much less money than towing to a chain. I'm still waiting for them to finish the job, but so far Ricky is my go-to- guy for towing and emergency services in Monterey County. Many thanks!!
Certified Badass. My car needed to be towed from China Camp Campground to the Volvo Dealership in Seaside and he did it! 15 miles of dirt road, steep elevation gains and the smell of some burning brakes on the way down and Ricky Did It!
I was very satisfied with the quality service. He arrived pretty fast and was very careful with my vehicle. Plus, the driver was very polite and friendly. The service was also reasonably priced so that's a plus. I highly recommend them for your towing needs.
My husband and I were traveling through Monterey headed home to Washington state when the Clutch on our camp Diesel Dodge Promaster van decided it didn't want to go anymore! Of course we broke down in one of the busiest intersections in Monterey.
Ricky answered the phone and was immediately on his way after many towing companies said it would be hours. We were in the middle of an intersection and needed immediate assistance and Ricky was the man for the job! He got the van loaded up quick and efficiently and our tow was very reasonably priced!
He was also very familiar with the area and was able to give us good feedback on the garage we took it to. (Wayside garage in Seaside) he continued to follow up with us to make sure we got taken care of, which was special for us given we were "out of towners" on a road trip! If you need a tow Ricky is the man!
