I have had assistance from PNR towing in the past. The drivers are usually nice. Javier came to tow me one time. He refused to help because the car was stuck in dirt on the side of the road he said this isnt a tow. He didnt understand I didnt want a wench pull i wanted the car delivered to my home as I was taking an UBER. This man, Javier, appeared to be under the influence, he was aggressive and didnt communicate. JAVIER STOLE MY PASSPORT AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD FROM MY DASH COMPARTMEN. JAVIER ALSO STOLE $60 FROM MY CENTER CONSOLE.
I am researching my rights and plan on suing for damages, and to refund the 700 dollars I had to pay to the tow company for 6 and a half hours of being in their lot. This company is disgusting. Go with Xtreme towing, or the business next to it Quality towing. P N R caused me so much pain and suffering.
I recently had the pleasure of using the services of P&R Towing and I can't say enough good things about my experience, especially with their dispatcher, Alexis. From the moment I called in, Alexis was incredibly attentive and professional. She listened carefully to my situation, asked all the right questions, and reassured me that help was on the way.
What really stood out was Alexis's communication. She kept me updated on the status of the tow truck, providing accurate arrival times and even checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Her calm and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation much more manageable.
When the tow truck arrived, it was clear that Alexis had briefed my driver, Carlos, thoroughly. He knew exactly what to expect and handled the situation efficiently. It was such a relief to see how smoothly everything was coordinated. I'm especially thankful to Carlos for coming in on his day off to help me out.
Overall, I am beyond impressed with P&R Towing. The service was fast, reliable, and professional, but the real highlight was Alexis. Her attentiveness and excellent customer service turned a difficult day into a much better experience. I highly recommend P&R Towing to anyone in need of towing services!

This company is fraudulent and has been reported multiple times in the State of California. Do not do business with this company they steal, and commit fraud.
Worst manager ever, I was inquiring on buying a vehicle. She couldn’t give me a set price I ask for a set price she gave me attitude and kept raising the price.
Worst tow EVER! They messed up my tired I called the manager Mary.To see if she was professional enough to help! However she kept telling me that she was ganna call back but never did. Save your time and money.
In late August of last year, my wife and I were on our way up the coast for a move from LA to SF. My wife's car broke down, and we soon realized that all of the "nearby" repair shops/garages were closed on Sunday nights. This makes sense in retrospect, but this is one of those issues that you only become aware of in a disaster situation.
It was a Sunday evening and I had my first day at a new job in SF the following morning. My wife had her first day of school coming up and our daughter had the same.
We broke down in the middle of nowhere. Frankie from P&R Towing came to the scene and was just unbelievably helpful. As I mentioned, we were moving, so both of our cars were absolutely packed to the brim with all of our worldly possessions.
Frankie stayed with us until we found a solution, and worked with us to find a safe spot to store my wifes car for a week. He made a special call to P&R to get permission to store the car inside their garage indefinitely. This allowed us to get to the Bay in time to unpack a bit, and for me to get myself prepared for my first day of work in SF.
I can't think Frankie (and P&R Towing) enough for his patience, positivity, and work ethic! This guy is the man.
