  I usually never leave online reviews, but I had such a great experience that I had to share. I had called multiple O’Reilly locations in different towns, and each time I was either put on hold for several minutes or the call just got disconnected. Frustrated, I decided to call the O’Reilly on South Main, which is right across from where I live—and I’m so glad I did. The representative I spoke with was incredibly helpful. Not only did he find the part I was looking for, but he also took the time to answer all my questions and address every concern I had. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional—something I hadn’t experienced with the other stores. Big thanks to the South Main team for actually caring about customer service!

  I’ve contacted the store regarding parts or available loaner tools. After speaking with the rep over the phone and being told those parts and tools were available only to find out after that I arrived that those parts/tools were in fact, not available.

  the guy at the counter would not even get up, he went into a rant about store policy and I don’t even know what all he said or why, I asked one line, a simple question. They need to hire people with knowledge or train them. I inquired about a way to test a fuse, he went on and on about nothing. Young and not very knowledgeable. Avoid this place at all cost

  Thank you O'Reilly's Auto Parts I had contacted Toyota Parts Department Napa parts department Central Coast Automotive Department everyone was either saying that it was going to take 2 weeks for the part to arrive I had spoken to Ulysses and he made several calls the part that I needed was located in Watsonville or Riley's Auto Parts Thank you Ulysses I was able to place the part which was a caliper bolt rear driver side Tire and made it later that evening to pick up my in-laws at dialysis the Martinez family thanks you for all your efforts continue with your excellence of service to the public and Salinas California O'Reilly's Auto Parts they go to places and time of crisis.

  Like the fact that I dont feel rushed when I'm just looking and checking out their products. I know its good customer service to acknowledge the customer as soon as they walk into the store but I dont need every employee asking me if I need help like that other parts store. This establishment makes me feel at home the other one thinks I'm gonna steal something the second I set foot in there.

  This is a good auto parts store. The staff is sometimes over worked but always helpful. Example: I needed a battery charger/jumper last year. Bought one there because they had already had them charged up and even bought a better one than originally intended to, just because the shop guy was so helpful and showed the extra features of a better unit. Its great, has USB charger connections etc. very happy with it, used it again this year after car sat too long. Bought Bosch wipers top of the line last month. Repeat customer. 5 stars

  O'Reilly's they have a pretty good thing going with their free diagnostic check up for your vehicle. you can go up to the counter and tell them you want to find out what's wrong with your car and they will come out to your car and hook it up to their little scan thingy and in a few minutes they will print out the diagnostic problems for free. Thanks to O'Reilly's I found out what was wrong with my Taurus exactly what was wrong when a mechanic shop wanted to completely replace my motor in my car which would have cost me thousands instead of $80 you're kind of putting shady mechanics on blast and I like that thanks O'Reilly for saving me so much money.

  Service was extremely hard to get, and there was only 1 other person in the store,.employees were in back for at least 5 minutes before I finally went to counter asking....is anyone back there, I just need to know where the sun shades are?... finally they both came out,and 1 pointed to the front of store..we were in the back...and said, if we have any, they are up there..

  It's okay it's just like the other O'Reilly's. They didn't carry the boat I needed but I think that's common with the other stores. They gave me some beads where I can find what I was looking for.

  I used to be a manager at another O'Reilleys for several years so I know everything about the company. This store has the worst service I've seen so far, and they will lie to you to get out of trouble with customers. Every time I go in I have a bad experience and decided to shop at another store 30 minutes away, because it's better than dealing with this store that's down the street.
