I walked in today looking for a car, and really just to see how it would look, not fully convinced to pull the trigger. Jason helped me and my brother as soon as we walked in the lot. Great customer service. He answered all of our questions, gave us the test drive. Then we proceeded to the office, looked at numbers, and reached an agreement. Frank Jr. had stepped in to help out as well. Great experience from both of them. Overall 10/10. I highly recommend this place.

I bought myself a beautiful 2022 kia k5 GT Line from Frank’s Auto Sale, and it was the best decision I could have made! Junior and his team were absolutely great! I appreciate only paying for the car plus taxes and fees, he assured me that at their dealership they won’t try to add on a bunch of unnecessary things. With that being said, he actually recommended places where we can get those same services at a much more affordable rate. Not to mention, his dad has a furniture near by the auto sales shop I recommend to check out!

I have been searching for a car for around a month trying to find the most affordable car that doesn’t forfeit quality, mileage, and reliability. I felt with Franks Auto Sales I got my diamond in a rough, since I had a tight budget with an insurance payout. I haven’t had the car long and am giving this high review from the process of purchasing the vehicle from the dealer. First off the bat the experience when I first got on the lot was warm and made me feel comfortable. I felt like the whole lot had very good quality cars and affordable pricing (which is what drew me in). They weren’t pushing any cars on me and allowed me to view whatever interested me. I test drove the car and even was able to drive it to my dad to take a look as well. I needed financing and since my credit is in the 500’s due to high medical bills they worked with me and I was able to get a great price and loan. I didn’t have much flexibility with a down payment and I felt like they did their very best in meeting my budget. I truly think I wouldn’t have been able to get a car as good as I did, for the price I did, anywhere else (trust me I searched over 20 dealerships here all the way up to Sacramento) -it was rough. I thank god I am finally able to get a new car after my old car was totaled and am able to meet my budget without sacrificing anything. I highly recommend this dealer if you want to work with honorable people! They even threw in a free hat lol
