My business is Central Coast Properties, specializing in both sales and property management. On a property I manage, tenants who just moved out left two junk cars on the property. This makes it more complicated than had they left the cars on the street.
I spent some time one the telephone, calling towing companies. Most said "No" they would not tow in that situation. The only company that had said yes wanted to charge $700.00 per car.
Xtreme Towing said they would come by (the following day) and tow both cars. And even better - all towing and storage charges would be the responsibility of the owner of the cars.
I arrived a few minutes early. Kevin was all ready there with a large (expensive looking) immaculate tow truck. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.
Excellent is all I can say.
Had a blow out at midnight. They came quickly, did an excellent job and were very courteous. The truck was very spacious and comfortable for my ride home.
My experience with Xtreme Towing Salinas was incredibly frustrating. Jesus was not only rude but also downright disrespectful there was a complete lack of respect and empathy shown to customers whose vehicles are towed Jesus threw it in my face how he towed my vehicle legally basically saying he got one over me he also said he did his job and he's going to get paid regardless that was very uncalled for there was a customer before me that he was helping he only spoke spanish he charged him a 5% fee for paying with a debit card , a debit card is basically paying with cash he takes advantage of his own people instead of trying to help them out the fee to recover the vehicle was $725 which is a significant amount, especially how the economy is right now people don't just have an extra $725 laying around I strongly advise others to avoid this company It’s essential to have professionals who understand how difficult and distressing the experience of having a vehicle towed can be.They also scratched my vehicle while towing it.
Where do I start?
Had my car towed for not having a parking pass at some apartment complex.
I left at 9 pm came back at 2 am noticed my vehicle was gone.
I ended up paying $750 plus another 115 for storage fees or whatever.
On top of all this, they had the nerve to steal my weed and deny it.
This is some crazy stuff.

My partner and I needed to find a spot to sleep at while on the road and working for Big Sur. It was already late at night as we had watched fireworks for the 4th of july. We unknowingly parked at a spot that didn’t allow overnight parking unfortunately but we woke up to this man’s tow truck and his flashlight shining on both of our vehicles. We use two vehicles one to store our essentials and one to sleep in. He starts to lift up our vehicle with our food and hygiene. I slightly panicked and told my partner to stop him from towing the vehicle. My partner gets his attention but the man didn’t care and was going to charge us $100+ anyway even though it wasn’t even ready to be moved. I unfortunately got extremely upset and wanted to move my car away from the situation since he is overcharging us for this when a simple warning could of happened instead.. so I backed up my vehicle and asked if he could close his door but he refused to close his door and I did yell at him because I realized he wanted to make this situation difficult on purpose. The yelling didn’t help I know that. It made him angry and he then decided to bring it to the yard and charged us 700+ dollars.. We both couldn’t afford the 100+ fee let alone the 700. This day ended terribly and I take some fault by reacting erratically but with the mans lack of compassion I know all he was thinking about was the money. That 700 charge set us back on groceries, gas, etc for the rest of the year working here. Establishments like this will never be respected in my eyes. I don’t know what my partner and I will do and I’m terrified.

This Business is price gouging people. They allegedly take a picture of your car and say that you did not have a parking display. After that, they claim that the parking permit should match your license plate plates. When you get there, the employee then tells you what we can’t run your plates. This company is contradicting themselves to what they are being contracted to do so. Accompany like this should not be in business I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau And as well as consumer affairs.
The tow truck driver almost caused a head on collision with my car as I was driving down boronda rd. He didn’t want to drive the 30 seconds extra that would have taken him to make a left turn on sanborn to go into the food for less shopping center. Instead he decided to go onto my lane coming from Williams go the wrong way and almost hit me head on if it wasn’t for me avoiding him just so he can use the boronda entrance by the honey berry. I had my children in the car we all where scared and he still had the audacity to flash his lights and yell at me for driving the right way
I'm extremely disappointed with this company. The tow driver was not only disrespectful to my mom and sister, but he also used offensive language and even put his hands on my sister. The experience was both unprofessional and terrifying.
I would give zero stars if possible.

My family's truck was towed by this company. Everything was ok at the start, paid my fees and proceeded to get my truck. I quickly realized that my steering wheel lock, ignition and steering stabilizer were all broken. My truck will now not turn off and the steering lock binds. Knowing where the truck was parked at the time of tow it make sense that they broke my steering lock and ignition in order to tow the truck from its location. They denied all damages at the beginning then decided to admit to the steering stabilizer first. I explained that that was not my main concern and I requested to be re-imbursed for parts and labor to repair the steering lock and ignition. They continued to deny the damages and when I said I am going to get photos from the Sheriff's of the location pre-tow to support my thesis, they changed their story. I am taking legal action to the fullest extent against this company
If you ever find yourself in an accident be careful with these scammers they work with CHP & will overcharge you any chance they get. Get AAA save yourself your money. Just from Saturday to Monday they will charge you over 800$. That's not where it needed it gets worse. I suggest you all are very wary of them
The man who assisted me was rude and condescending towards me when i was trying to figure what to do with my car. However the rest of the staff was polite and efficient in helping my dad and I.
I have called them multiple times and they never show up for different cars. The car most recently called for that I requested to get towed is still illegally parked.
We bought a Cargo Van for our Photo Booth Business and unfortunately our staff called after the event saying it wouldn't start. I was referred to Xtreme Towing, by a friend of mine, who said they're the best and most reliable so I called them. I have to say they were great. The driver showed up RIGHT AWAY, was really professional and tried to jump start the van. Sadly, it's the alternator, so he had to tow it for us. They also recommended a great mechanic so they took it straight there. The alternator was replaced and the prices from Xtreme Towing was really reasonable!! DEFINITELY recommend them!
Xtreme towing was contracted with picking up a vehicle I was selling to a scrap yard and they were great! Both phone calls with dispatch and the driver were quick and easy. Driver was super nice, was able to locate my fairly rural address, and he took the vehicle away in the blink of an eye! Great experience from start to finish.
Drivers are not safe drivers. Seen them cut off drivers and the other day almost caused me to wreck, only reason why I didn't crash was bc I slammed my brakes and they just laughed.

On my way home from work my transmission went out. I haven't had the best experiences with tow companies so I was dreading having to call for a tow. When Xtreme Towing showed up their driver was respectful and very professional! I didn't have to wait a long time for him to show up and he was speedy with hooking up my car. Surprisingly the price wasn't at all as high as what I've paid before! I now have their card in my glove box because they will be the only tow company I use from here on out and I'd highly recommend them!!
Traveled through 101 and I blew my transmission on the one day it was raining. I found them through a Google search after experiencing sticker shock from the other guys. Fast and very-very affordable the driver even recommended me to an affordable transmission shop. God was watching over me that day. I will definitely call them when needed! Xtreme Towing doesn't have Xteme prices like some of the places I called. Thanks again!
