A nadie nos gusta llegar a un lugar donde se an llevado tu auto y lo caro que es por tenerlo 40 minutos es un abuso pero sobre todo prestarse a complot con dueños de negocios. Afectando los carros al forzarlas a levantar para llevárselos la penúltima vez iva saliendo del funeral de mi mama y ni llevando las cenizas hubo ese respeto pero sobre todo Compasión a el duelo no puedo esperar a el resto de personas sabiendo que te cobraran asta lo que no respiras en su entorno.
Mi vehículo fue cargado de manera insegura, inapropiada que podía dañar de manera irreversible mi vehículo.
No recomiendo esta compañía de grúas. Mi vehículo fue remolcado de manera indebida. Cuando llegué a recuperarlo, se negaron a entregarme mi vehículo a menos que pagara, a pesar de que el remolque fue incorrecto.
La compañía mostró falta de profesionalismo y no respetó las leyes de remolque de California.
Experiencia extremadamente frustrante — espero que la empresa revise sus políticas y cumpla con la ley en el futuro.
If you say anything negative inside their business, they will refuse to give you your car back. They had me on hold for over 30 minutes when I call to inquire about the car. The lady doesn’t speak well in English. Overpriced my car was only there for a few hrs. Was towed from my apartment complex, even though I’ve been parking there for almost 2 yrs.
Never use this company they rip you off just like they did to me they towed my car took it less than 3 hours and now they charging me 587.5 they’re rates are absurd go use another towing company and stay away from this one
0/10 THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! way too overpriced. The manager was rude. I had to call multiple times to check if they had my car, and when they finally answered after 5+ calls, I told them how much it would be to take it out. They gave me a price over the phone, and then it turned out to be a whole different price because of my location since they didn’t know where the car was coming from. BS Like if the person who picked up my car didn’t write down a report of when and where he picked up my vehicle. This towing place is trash, period!!!!!!!!!!
They are trying to send me to collections after I sent them a copy of a release of liability from DMV that was done when I sold the vehicle. Illegal and highly unethical practices in the towing industry!
This USA Towing in Seaside rejoices in milking every last dollar from anyone who is vulnerable. On top of their high prices, their customer service is way below standard as long as they are able to get money from u, they don't care listening to you all in the name of policy this policy that! They don't think out of the box, they are rude and arrogant. Lost a father, car broke down on my way to the burial to the airport!!!! They took it in for 5days and I was charged $1,350 despite sending various people to pick it for including my husband, my sister etc! They made it so complicated so that I will be the one to pick it when i come back.
They are a bunch of insensitive people but money is vanity. Let's see if my $1,350 will improve who they are. I can't recommend anyone to use this company. Policies are there but morals cannot be over ridden! Above all, God Almighty is watching.
