I had the best experience I broke down in salines and was 2 hours away from home called and got a good price and the driver was vary friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.
Highly recommend, they towed a car off my property they said they would be here in an hour and arrived way faster than that. The guy helping us was friendly and respectful, And their prices were lower than any other company. If I ever need services again, I’m definitely calling them.
Initial call for service was picked up right away and driver dispatched promptly (Reasonable price quoted on the phone was exactly what I paid). He arrived within expected timeframe and was very courteous and friendly, also thoroughly answered several questions of mine. Car delivered to dealer without issue. Great company, quick, reliable & overall a great price. Called around & no other company was available, I called these gentleman & explained to them my situation. I was literally less than a mile from my home & my timing belt broke so I could no longer move the vehicle. They gave me a decent ETA & arrived quickly. Was so satisfied with their service that I used them again to tow my vehicle to the shop where it was going to be repaired. I highly recommend this company, you won’t be disappointed!

I am from out of town (Arizona) and when visiting Monterey, my car broke down on Hwy 1. When AAA left me hanging for 3 hours, I searched for a tow company myself and came across Alacran Towing. I called 4companys and not only did I deal with some rude ppl. One hung up on me another had an attitude the others just didn't want to help at all. I am a women that needed help and am glad that this company was nice and polite. I didn't get the guys name but he was very helpful and NICE. THANK U SOO MUCH U GUYS R THE BEST!!!! This company is amazing had them move a container that was in a difficult position and had no problem getting it out amazing work and friendly service definitely recommend this company.
Excellent service! These guys will do the most to fix your problem I had them tow my car to a mechanic turns out it was closed had to tow it back home no charge for taking it back. I recommend anybody for this towing company!
Wonderful company!!! I refer them to anyone I know who needs a tow or have locked keys in their car. They have personally been called by me for both reasons. I've used Alacran Towing several times over the past 10 or so years. Once again, they came to the rescue.Their customer service and flexibility has not diminished throughout the years.
This towing service is awesome. If you have roadside service, Alacran will bill. They have help me x2 for lockouts of a difficult car and once for flat tire. Fantastic customer service!!
Amazing people! Thank you to Eric and his brother for being able to help us on short notice not only are they extremely reliable but fast service and genuine/kind. I was on my way to work when my car completely gave out on me. After calling not one but several towing companies I came across Alacran towing. I had called a precious towing truck and they gave me an estimate time of 2 hours from where I was located which was only about 20 miles out at most and another towing company couldn’t help because they needed to know my exact location which in my defense was kind of hard since I was on highway 101 on the side of the road. I recommend them and honestly coming from a person who doesn’t know much about cars, I felt reassured that my challenger would make it home safely. I appreciate Alacrán towings for their honest help!
