Enrique was so nice! I had been waiting for AAA for 4 hours when I got in touch with Enrique. He came out to help me start my car and tried various things to get it started. Enrique was a godsend today. I had a dead battery after leaving a dome light on in the car. I have roadside assistance with Geico, so I started by calling them. About half an hour later, a tow truck from Ed's Towing showed up. The driver tried to jump the car, but after a couple attempts he wasn't successful, and apparently had to go to another job, because he said I'd have to call Geico again to send someone else out. I did, but there were no more Geico-partnered towers in my area, so Geico said to just find my own and they'd reimburse me. Enter University Towing. They were the first non-sponsored result on Google, so I gave them a ring. Enrique instantly picked up, took a note or two, and said he'd be there in 25 minutes. He was. Unlike the previous driver, I got the impression from the beginning that his priority was not to just make an attempt, but to actually get me home, whatever that took. The battery was very dead, but by trying a couple different techniques, with a couple different jump-starting packs (whatever those are called) he got it going in about five minutes. It was a very different experience between Ed's and University Towing -- a big company following a certain protocol, and a family owned business that clearly took pride in its work and took responsibility for the customer's wellbeing. Also, I'll note that Enrique's charge of $120 seemed very modest for an hour job (including drive time to and from). He could easily have charged more, especially since he knew I was going to be reimbursed by Geico and would have accepted whatever he felt like quoting. It takes integrity to stick to one's real prices when there's an easy opportunity to upcharge. All in all, fantastic experience!
Incredible service Enrique!! My bakery delivery truck battery died in the middle of the night. My team had multiple stops they still needed to make. Enrique came out immediately and got my team back on the road. Will only use University Towing from now on!

Enrique is absolutely excellent. He responds in a timely manner, arrives as promised and takes care of the job at hand. I used his services to jump the dead battery in my car and again to change the said battery a week later. He even gave me a discount for the second service call. A great guy, I recommend him highly.
Enrique was professional and incredibly careful with my car and it arrived in perfect shape. I had to get a new Jaguar F-Type moved which was low to ground but it got there without ever touching the ground. Anytime I need a car towed, I am going to them because I know it will be in good hands.

I accidentally locked my keys in my car (at Costco) so at 1:50pm I called State Farm and they said they’ve dispatched TM Roadside assistance. After 2 courtesy calls and 4 hours later still no help. So I yelped towing services and found University Towing. Texted Enrique at 5:32pm and 20 minutes later he was there. This is HIGH QUALITY customer service and I hope the other towing services learn from Enrique. If I ever need future roadside assistance he will be the one I quick-dial.
I have had to call for a dead battery and also getting into truck to put in the battery. Enrique was amazing so helpful and nice . Today I got locked out of truck and again he came to my rescue. Enrique was reliable and responsible tow driver. I delegated freeing my car from a stuck curb situation to him, and he carefully loaded my car onto dollies, made sure there was no additional damage, and recorded the whole process. I would love to go to him again.
The process costed $235. For comparison, another towing company gave me a quote of $750 for the same job.

I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars! Enrique is exceptionally kind and helpful. He waited for me when I was late to meet him and was so understanding when I realized I had forgotten the key to my car like a total idiot. He even drove me 15 minutes away to go get the key and then back to the car to jump it. He is wonderful to talk to, funny, and knowledgable. Even after jump starting the car, he checked out the car to let me know exactly what was wrong so the repair shop couldn’t swindle me. Enrique’s help took my car troubles from a source of stress in my day to a genuine highlight with his humor, kindness, and care. I could not recommend him more highly nor exaggerate my appreciation.

I broke a wheel and cut my tire on one of our wonderful California potholes. I googled local tow trucks and saw University Tow was close and gave them a call. Enrique was arrived quickly and his communication before and after delivering the car to the dealership was excellent! I hope I never need him again but I do recommend him highly.

At first he was giving recommendation but knowing the fact that I was nearby to him he instead took time to help me, which was absolutely needed after realizing the cause of the flat tire. Amazing. Enriquez was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Tried for 10 minutes to pop our trunk to jump our battery... valiant effort but ultimately to no avail because we left suitcases of stuff blocking him... Ultimately he hooked our BMW to a dolly (required since the car has an electronic shifter and we couldn't put it in neutral). Thank you!
AAA said 4 hours, Enrique was there in 30mins. Excellent tow, no issues, and such a nice guy! I don't get towed often, but this was a great experience during a stressful situation. It felt very professional and without the wait. I hope that I don't need a tow again, but if I do my first call will be to Universal Towing.
Service best I never heard,my Tesla battery was dead car pull over on the road ,I call towing at 4am , Enrique came so fast and help towing my car to supercharge station then left,but charger not working because my car has 0%battery, screen off door locked , I'm totally freak out,then Enrique send message ask me how is my car charging well？I told him I'm in trouble,after 10min he drive back with his own car help me fix my car problem for free!!he is my hero! trust me if you car need towing,call him you never disappointe!!
My 2013 Acura ILX was dead in a parking garage and needed to get towed to a repair shop. I contacted my insurance company for emergency roadside assistance at 6:30am. 10 minutes after I was assigned a tow company, they called me to cancel and informed me that they did not have a tow truck to fit in a parking garage. I contacted my insurance again and requested for a regular tow truck that would clear 7 feet, not a flatbed. A 2nd company was dispatched, came to my location and then informed me that they couldn’t fit. My insurance did not note that I requested a low clearance truck. After 2 more attempts to request a tow and my insurance failing me each time, they finally told me I needed to find a company on my own since “their companies don’t have trucks that fit.” 8 companies and 6 hours later, University Towing was the ONLY company that was able to provide the service. Enrique was amazing from the first initial call until the very end when he dropped off my car to the shop. I told him I wasn't going to be with my car and he said it was fine. He arrived at my car within the hour. He sent me multiple text updates and pictures and reassured me that my car was good during transit and drop off. Enrique is super efficient. He has excellent customer service, reasonable rates and is very responsive and quick. If you’re ever stuck in a parking garage, Enrique is your guy for a low clearance tow truck!

If you need a tow in a pinch, Enrique is your guy. I was helping my friend with his car which was parked on a side street in Palo Alto. It was completely undriveable since the clutch went out. We called around and Enrique answered and after providing him with details, he was able to come within 30 mins to pick up the car with his tow truck. He also agreed ahead of time that towing the inoperable car from Palo Alto all the way to Santa Clara would be no problem. After securing the car with his truck, we drove to my friend's shop in Santa Clara. What impressed me the most was that Enrique was able to reverse the tow truck in a narrow alleyway, AND was able to reverse the car into the tightest spot without touching the building or the surrounding cars. This man has skills!
