I had my lexus towed by these guys and I would have to say my experience with them was quite professional and pleasant from the get go. What stood out was I didn't have to reach out for updates. They took the initiative to contact me with rough eta's of arrival. I would recommend them to anyone and will personally have them on speed dial for any future emergencys.
HE TOWS MOTORCYCLES!!! I live in San Jose and I called around looking for a tow truck that tows motorcycles. I called two other tow companies and they said that they didn't tow motorcycles. I call "Cali Towing" and the guy answered on the second ring! He asks when I need the tow? I said, "tomorrow at 9am in the morning", he says, "9am tomorrow?, ok I'll be there". Next morning I wake up, eat breakfast and then my phone rings! It's Cali Towing! ON TIME! My motorcycle handlebars were locked but Cali Towing was still able to load my motorcycle on the tow truck safely. Very Professional, Polite, and ON TIME! P.s. Im sure he tows cars too!
Unbelievably rude, unprofessional behavior from the man that came to tow my motorcycle, Khaled. He got angry with me that I kept having to ask him to repeat himself because he was talking so quietly beside his loud truck. He acted confused and then irritated with me when I tried to hand him the keys and asked shouldn’t the keys go with the bike. Then, when I told him I wasn’t going to go with him and that the shop already knew the bike was coming, he said, “you know what, I don’t want to do this anymore” and LEFT. I’m so confused by this man’s behavior and frankly pissed that he wasted my time. Will not be using this company again. Do better.
