Bad service!! the guy Eliazar that cashes out ppl was in a hurry kicking me out 10 mins before 4 he said that I couldn't finish dumping my bags because they were closing which it says on here it's at 5pm. even if it was at 4 closing I believe I could have had time to dump that last bag and I said I am almost done I needed half a bag to dump, he took what was dumped and totally ignored what I said
I asked for a number I can call to file a complaint and he said there was no one on top of him that it was only him. I doubt he's the owner or the only one I'm sure there's a number I can complain to because that was really rude and maybe they need to change the times on here also
Gone are the days of a man lending a hand to a woman. As I struggled to chase the bottles that the wind had blown away and continue to empty my bags into the baskets clearly having a hard time, the attendant tells me to hurry up!! Seriously? How bout giving me a hand? No one else was there, it wasn't lunch or closing time. Then.... When I am finished he makes me stand there and wait while he does some work inside. I am a little bit offended but more just disgusted with the lack of respect people have for each other these days.
The front-end staff member has always been prompt to work customers through the process of recycling various articles -- and courteous!
However, I am disappointed with the business end.
C&C Recycling refuses to offer recycling refunds for some plastic jugs that the state charges a deposit when I purchase the product.
On a customer service issue, C&C Recycling has recently begun to send customers away with the plastic bags in which recyclables were transported. C&C Recycling used to dispose of the bags for their customers.
