Came in this afternoon when my engine shield cover came loose and started dragging on the road. The store crew were happy to help and got everything patched up in five minutes. Much appreciated!
We were having trouble with our vehicle’s AC. Went to a different auto zone and they gave sold us a product, but no instructions on what to do with it. We watched many videos and still couldn’t figure out what to do with it. We returned to the store to receive additional help and they refused to help us. We drove to the Gonzales location and shared our experience as well as our AC concerns to the AutoZone employees there. Misael Z., calmly and kindly helped us. He was so informative and understanding of our situation. Walked us through the issue and how to resolve it. We finally have a working AC!
El servicio de atención al cliente no es muy bueno últimamente,hay trabajadores jóvenes que no saben mucho de autos.Ademas el manager(supongo que lo es,un señor gordito de unos 60 años)qué se supone debería resolver algún problema nunca resuelve y hasta se porta con una actitud déspota

Went in to buy a new pair of low beam headlights, came out with them installed without even asking! Best auto part store experience ever! Her name was Esmeralda I believe.
the sale man was totally nuts!! I asked him for Honda civic brake pad . when i went to mechanic and the pads couldn't be installed. the wheels are being removed and mechanic asked me what to do? And I had to wait for another delivery, waste an hour. And I went to the shop to return the parts, the store clerk heard my complaint and she didn't even say sorry, she didn't care. don't go there by any parts. and their price is not that cheap
