We had an extended stay waiting for the Yosemite park road to open. Stayed 3 nights, The lady at check in was over the top helpful and the park is clean, quiet and Well organized. Highly recommended for the location as well. Book ahead cause I'm sure I'm season it's popular.

October 2025. I can only rate what was available during my stay. They had a broken sewer line so no bathrooms or showers. Ordinarily those would have been there. I was told ahead of time. The sites are very close together. Thankfully no wood burning was allowed. It was very quiet. Folks seemed to go to bed early. I (a vanlifer), was kinda stuck in with huge RVs. They were very unfriendly. Snobs really. I do wish there were sort of separate spots for just vans and car campers. They did have a better setup for tenters. Kinda away from the big trailers. The power in my site worked very well. The water was very clear but had a strong metal taste. Didn't make me sick. But hard to drink. The area is unbelievably beautiful. I went to Mono Lake to see the tufas. I could have taken pictures all day! The mountains were just getting frosted white on the peaks. So so beautiful. Worth the stop on my way to Yosemite! The lady in the office was kind and pleasant to deal with. I would stay again. (And rate the bathrooms of course.) I'd just be more choosy about my site. I love my fellow vanners!

A bit on hard times. No showers or toilets due to sewer system issue, No WiFi. Cable TV has no sound on two channels, CNN and MLB. There is no NBC channel, two ABC channels and two SYFY channels. Weird!! Still nice location and setting in the Fall.

Please be aware that as of mid-September 2025 the septic system at this RV Park is not operating so the bathrooms, showers and laundry are closed. Portable toilets are available. No discount was offered. If you have a big RV you should be fine, since they have a dump station working. Otherwise the location is convenient and the sites are nice.

Great location for exploring the Eastern Sierra! Easy to get into my back-in site. Only reason I didn't give give 5 stars is the Laundry/Showers/Restrooms were out of service due to a sewer issue. I had to go to June Lake to do laundry. I always use my own bathroom so that didn't bother me at all.

Great little campsite but toilets and showers not working (temporary toilet provided)

No sewer hook ups here but did have dump station. Restrooms and Showers not working when we were there.

Descent place. Good location. They are having sewer issues so call first if you are planning to do laundry as it may be out of service.

Nice place. Easy to find . Nice tent spot, but a lil sloped. Clean bathrooms. Very close to East Entrance to Yosemite. Good value

Perfect location for exploring Yosemite, Mono Lake, Mammoth Lakes, and June Lake. Clean, level sites and spotless facilities. A warm welcome made our stay even better – we’ll definitely recommend this RV park!

Came here for a shower and I would highly recommend. $5 token for 5 minutes that you get from the front office. The water is hot with good pressure and the showers are clean with somewhere to put your towel and clothes. If you buy more than 1 token and don’t use the extra, they will buy it back. Thank you!

Great place to stop for short or a long time. Wonderful owners and great campers. Spots are clean, easy to get in and out of.

Mono Vista RV is an amazing campground in Lee Vining, family run and beautifully maintained! The bathhouse is clean and spacious; the water pressure in the showers amazing! The showers run with tokens, which are free to guests and handed at check-in. Staff is super friendly and helpful!|We were a bit under the weather and unable to enjoy the amazing outdoor activities in the area but will definitely come back and stay at Mono Vista RV. Thank you to the Beaver's for the energy and care that you put into the facility! It shows!

We had a wonderful stay. Our first time. Enjoyed every min of it. Cash or check and sending a deposit is... Unusual but worth the lower prices for the area.. The park was very quiet... Very clean.

We came to Mono lake to go to Yosemite national park, looking for a campground we found Mono vista Rv park. The location close to Yosemite, mammoth lakes, June lake and other lakes was perfect. The campsites are gravel but elevated and very clean. Barbara who greeted us and helped us kindly is a big plus for this campground. The showers , laundry and toilets were clean and very convenient. I will recommend this campground for whoever wants to go to Yosemite since Tioga Road is only 3/4 mile away from it. I am grateful to find this place and come back here for the future trips to the area.

This campground is perfectly located. You can fish, hike, and adventure from both sides. It's well shaded with soft grass. The trees have sticky sap, but it's easily washed off, so it's not too big of an issue there. Inoticed someone said they had cold showers....they provide a token per camper per day for hot water, all the cold water you can want/stand, so if you want a long shower go ahead and purchase more and avoid the upset like a previous camper. There's also a laundry room available. Also, you have to reserve att he start of the season, or the spots available are very limited. Requires a deposit of 1 night and they only accept cash and check

The location is awesome for hiking. Everything is about 30 minutes away. Facilities were very clean and well maintained. Booked a tent camping spot which had a nice grass area, picnic table, trash can, BBQ grill, and a small tree for some shade. Price is extremely reasonable for a campsite. Can book ahead but the process is a little bizarre since they don't accept credit cards. Cash and check only.

We had a great stay here - while passing through - even though we haven't had booked. We were welcomed by a friendly hostess who told us the do's and don'ts and were offered a great site. The amenities are very pleasant, clean, and have no fuss. Just good! I'd really recommend it if you are passing through.

Camped here at one of their tent sites. They are one of the few places that actually have grass sites making it really nice and clean to tent camp. They have laundry facilities and provide a token for the showers. I come back every year and love it here. The only down side is for tent camping you need to pay via check (no electronic transactions), you'll have to call to reserve and mail in the check.

The cutest, friendliest, most welcoming RV park! Called late in the day, said she had a spot for me, and did business in the morning! No million questions, application, deposit, no pet interrogation or any of the other insane requests parks have nowadays. Friendly, warm, welcoming, homey, cozy park! Barbara was wonderful, great maintenance/owners! I didn't realize I was down the road from Yosemite and even though it was a Friday, she got another spot for me thru the whole weekend!! Quiet, no partiers, barking dogs, etc, just peaceful and relaxing. And shady trees!! Very family friendly, nice store, modern laundromat, very well maintained property! Walking distance to Mono Lake AND the cutest little "downtown"! Excellent location, easy in and out, I just can't say enough good things about this park! I will stay again on my way back north! Highly recommend!

There aren't rooms as it is an RV Park. They have public showers with tokens for the hot water. But the water pressure is amazing, and I didn't need the full 5 minutes. The rv sites are sloped, but I was able to level my trailer easily enough. It's right off the highway, but the sites are set back enough that you hardly hear any traffic. I actually stayed an extra day because I wanted to rest after days of driving, and the price was low enough to afford easily. They are a neat and clean rv park. Also has laundry options on site as well.

Very clean and well organized Campground. Great place to stay on your way on 395 or Yosemite. I checked in after office was closed and it was really easy to do. Clean place with clean Showers and Bathrooms. Just remember they only take cash or check.

This is a nice RV Park and location is right outside the East entrance to Yosemite. There is a lot of shade scattered about the RV Park. There is a large restroom with 4 stalls on the women's side. The showers are clean but a little dated. Some mildew. Showers take tokens that you need to get from the office if you want hot water. Each token gives you 5 mins of hot water. Bring your own shampoo and soaps. Shower #5 was leaking water out into the hallway when we were there. There is a soda vending machine outside the restroom and a laundry room next door. One downside is the horrible tent camping sites. There is no flat ground where the tents are and minimum shade. We were all sliding down the hill every night. There is dog poop all over the group site where we were.

Had a great stay at Mono Vista. We stayed in an RV site that had water and power. The park was very clean , had nice clean showers and restrooms and a clean dog walk area. Dumped our tanks for free upon exiting at there RV dump. Great location, will stay here again.

Update to first post. - This campground sucks! Huge groups! Cold showers! - Office hours sucks! This is a convenient location to get into Yosemite national Park. Just be aware that the campground only takes cash. I booked this site for three days several months ago. You will need to put a deposit down for at least one day to hold the sites. Check in time is at 1 PM, no exceptions. The only negative I would say is that the check in girl was not very friendly. She kind of was smart with some of her answers to our questions. Other than that, I would recommend.

This RV Park is in a beautiful location, is kept spotlessly clean, and the owners are kind and helpful. Pets are welcome and there is a wonderful place to walk them. The owners have even provided plastic bag dispensers at the dog area. While my home is on the East Coast, should my travels bring me across our country again I would definitely stay at Mono Vista RV Park, if there is a space. PS: I have given 5-Stars under 'Rooms' because there is no "Site" column, so I should clarify that there are no rooms, just immaculately kept RV spaces each with a power plug. There are also bathrooms, and a laundry, as well as a dump station and fresh water for your RV tank. I think there are showers, too, but am not sure since my RV has a shower, etc. Finally, there is a separate area for tent campers and backpackers.

Conveniently located close to the entrance to Yose.ite NP. Great location for a stop over before a backpack or fishing in the nearby lakes. Close to Mono Lake and the cute little town of Lee Vining. Take a walk, do some shopping, and grab a bite and one of the restaurants. The restrooms and showers are spotless, and they have a good-sized laundry. Camping for RVs and tents, too. Check it out!

Tent sites not level. When I made a reservation nothing was mentioned about the showers being coin operated. So $31 + tax for a simple tent site does not even include a shower? Worse thing was, we arrived just after 5 and the office was closed so we could not purchase any coins for the shower. When we went to shower in the morning the hot water was not working. They did not seem to care at all. I was not offered a refund for my coin nor an apology. Coffee was finished as well so we just left and moved on to our next destination.

Great little stop over park. Very clean and well kept. Managers are welcoming and helpful. Nicely spaced sites with mature trees. There is road noise. We we're there on the first open day after winter. Seems like a great little town when the other businesses come out of hibernation. In the meantime, the Tufas are well worth a look and most views from the highway are spectacular. And the office has a wide range of videos to borrow. Would definitely stay again.

No reservations to be made. $45 per night. Stayed here because it was close to the east side entrance of Yosemite National Park. Connections(water and 50 amp) were in the mid of the pull thru so we pulled all the way to the front of the site and parked the truck behind the trailer. Rock sites. Beautiful park views. Some of the washers and dryers in the park only took your money and didn't work.
