I'm here visiting Alturas stopped by for some wonderful coffee at Wild Mustard. When coming out I realized my keys were in my car and it was locked. I called Pioneer and they sent this real nice gentleman that helped me get my keys back. He was very friendly and helpful if this ever happens again I know who I can trust to do a very good job. Dean and Jerry went above and beyond to make sure that all my auto body needs were met after my accident. This is a fantastic crew that really cares about delivering excellent service to their customers. I won’t be taking my vehicles anywhere but to pioneer!
We got a flat just north of Alturas in our Class C RV. It was Sunday, and everyone was closed except for Pioneer. They came to our rescue in about 15 minutes. Super friendly and knowledgeable. We were back on the road within an hour.
I'm really grateful for Dean, he went above and beyond to assist me in getting my things from my totaled car after hours when I got in an accident hundreds of miles from home. He was helpful and compassionate working with me around a difficult situation, I really appreciated the human kindness.
Jerry is awesome!! Kept us updated and the kia was done sooner than i thought.

Pioneer auto really helped us out in a bind when we broke down in the desert. Everyone we worked with was kind and helpful and their pricing for the tow was better than expected.
Great place amazing customer service. So thankful for dean who works there not only did he make sure they could fix my car windshield but he helped me find someone to take the trees down at my house that were causing all the damage.
Sat for an hour and a half on the side of the road waiting for them, no one ever showed and roadside assistance said they told them they never excepted the call. So thanks for the miscommunication or just not helping ppl when your the only one in the area, whichever one it is.
Above and beyond! I needed a tow from 5 miles out on a muddy forest road on the weekend. Nick was there quick with a great attitude and the right equipment! Wonderful experience! Great service!

I was a stranger passing through the area when I hit a deer. It was dark, no cell service, and the car was totaled. Thanks to AAA and State Farm, I was put in touch with Pioneer Auto Body and everything changed for the better. They took care of me, took care of the car, helped with insurance, found me a place to spend the night, and helped me get home. Thanks to everyone.
