I had a great and quick experience today. I was struggling with a battery, and worker Esme came right out to the parking lot to help me figure it out. They didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need; they just focused on getting me back on the road safely. It’s rare to find this level of honesty and transparency in the industry. Incredible customer service! Clean store and they had the right battery I needed. They made sure to take care of me and even offered to install the battery. I’ll surely be coming back
Went here in atwater to test a battery that went dead and wouldnt take a charge.they perform free battery tests and charging.turned out my battery was toast so i took it back to orielys and got a brand new one,covered under warrenty.
1st time in this store n it will be my 1st option always! Came in tonight looking 4 a battery with a few more problems. Rosa Lidia not only helped me but offered me a few more suggestions. Customer service was A1. 👌🏼
It's sad when a woman can't get help with a store full of men. All that was asked for was a jump start, but no I guess it's required to uninstall the battery in order to get a jump start at least according to the store member. If you are looking for above and beyond just go to O'Reilly where they are helpful and respectful.
Very unprofessional most the staff doesn’t even know what they’re doing. When I tried returning a rental tool they didn’t wana return my money m. Ended up having to call court. Also an employee tried jumping over the counter to fight keep up the great work guys I would never recommend anybody going here take the drive to Atwater oreilly or another good auto parts store that’s professional

I'm adding to my review because Google don't allow you to do more than one..Today I had the pleasure of Helen helping me .she absolutely went WAY ABOVE and beyond to help me. I went in for an air filter for engine, and then she offered if I needed a cabin filter too..I said if you can help me put it in. I'll buy it. Because I don't know how. So she went out to my car. And TOTALLY HELPED ME. WOWZA..Who does that. People DONT CARE anymore. But she does. I Love coming here. Because Everytime I cone. They TREAT US sooo well..with CARE. But today Helen was extraordinary.. absolutely WAY ABOVE what anyone would do. I can cry.. because she makes this COLD WORLD. A BETTER place. Today Kat helped me..she totally went above and beyond to help me with this difficult filter I purchased..she eve called me back directing me as BEST as possible to help me install it..she said bring it in and she'll help me..She's amazing what a GREAT TEAM over there..Thank you ALL. Today I went back in and Kat helped me again..her determination to help me was excellent..She then got Giovanni to help us..He spent much time trying to figure out the issue.. 10-02-23 I was in need of a battery for my vehicle. I work here locally down the road. I called into the store first to verify they had my battery in stock. I drove in she rang me up and installed it with a friendly attitude. It was a wonderful no hassle experience. I was very impressed from the beginning to the end all the young ladies there were very respectful and friendly. I recommend using this store for any automotive needs. Thank you (Aida) I sure hope I didn’t butcher your name. She definitely deserved a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating from me!
This place usually helps me pretty well. This time I had to tell them what I was looking for through my phone instead of them just looking for me. Simple tire bearings.. still enjoy service. Selection a bit limited.
My husband and I were driving through from Visalia about 7pm on a Friday night. The staff at autozone were so very kind and tried to help. The car was still not working when they closed for the night. We weren’t here 30 minutes before one of the employees came back. They continued to help us with the car without any expectation of us. Luckily they were able to get us going again so we could get home.
Came in for Power Steering, as soon as I walked in I was greeted. I do not recall the gentleman's name that helped me to the PowerSteering Oil aisle was very helpful. All in all, the employees seemed friendly. The store clean. They go beyond to help the customers. Hopefully they're always friendly as time goes by not only because its a new store :)
I like this new AutoZone the location is decent the store is clean and modern and the employees seemed to be quite friendly They didn't have shop manuals yet but I paid in store and picked up at a different store
