I recently required a tow, and the service was excellent. The operator was highly professional and clearly experienced, ensuring the vehicle was handled with care. The wait time was very reasonable, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
Hired them for a jump start and was told by a lady on the phone that they would arrive within 30 minutes. I waited over an hour with no update. I had to text them myself to find out what was going on, only to be told they were delayed and wouldn’t be able to make it for another hour. They didn’t even bother calling to let us know. Terrible service—absolutely would not recommend.
An elderly family friend was locked out of his truck at Lowe’s in Merced and Angel’s towing was quick to arrive and charged a reasonable fee. I am in another location so I made the call for him and Crystal helped me on the phone. She also followed up with a text to let me know that he had been taken care of and ready to roll. Highly recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our car was vandalized, damaged and couldn’t be driven. The driver responded promptly and singled handedly managed to get it out of a tight parking space and aligned so it could be put on truck. Amazing service Angels Towing!!
Angels towing made my really bad day better. Broke down in cascade and after being scammed out of 700. From a scam towing company and had to try and make it back to nampa in the rig I was driving, he came in less then 30 min at almost 9pm and picked up myself and my mother-in-law and got us and the rig home. I would recommend him to anyone. Good price and very friendly.thank you for everything
I needed a car picked up near Sonora California they had it dispatched and had a tow truck on the way in less then 15 minutes. They also have great fees and really helped me out .Great place
Called and scheduled a tow 3 days in advance. They did not show up as scheduled. I called them with no response. I had to call another tow company. I do not recommend this company at all.
Ulises was my tow truck driver, he took me from Merced to Fresno. Angels Towing was the most affordable tow company, everyone else wanted to charge me almost double the amount.
The lady in charge said they didn't accept AAA insurance? And the price that I had to pay 120 for a 5min tow. The worker did a great job though. Just feel scammed by her. She didn't explain any steps on using AAA coverage what's so ever straight up declined.

I absolutely loved there fast Answering, you actually speak with someone and she was so Nice and very understanding. literal angels!! genuine assistance!! my tire blew on the highway so i called to get towed to a tire shop. although i didn’t have one, the guy who showed up asked me if he could check if i had a spare because that would save me money instead of getting a full tow. i don’t really write reviews, but angels towing deserve it for their good morals!
I had excellent experience with Angles Towing. They were receptive, attentive, excellent customer service. I highly recommend them as they took care of me, my 2 daughter and our cat 90 mile from our drop off.
These guys are genuine guardian angels. After our rental car was damaged, they went out of their way to help us at every turn, including driving us to the airport, coming to pick up our replacement car with us and making sure we were all sorted before leaving. In a distressing situation they were so kind and helpful, making things much smoother and easier to sort out. Thank you so much for everything!
My old towing company went out of business that’s when I looked this business up. I’ve had my vehicle towed and have been assisted with getting my keys out of the car. Highly recommend.
Great service and people! My car quit on the highway just outside Merced late on a Sunday night and Angels Towing had someone out to me quickly. Both the dispatch lady and towing guy were so kind in helping me through a stressful situation, especially when my initial plan for where to take the car fell through. They were very patient in helping me figure out an alternative and making sure my car and I were safely taken care of. I highly recommend them!

So very thankful that they came in a timely manner. I was stuck in the freeway. They was there in a quick min to help me. I also need to go a long distance they didn't mind. I highly recommend them if you need a tow.

They were able to come out to rescue my parents and their car just before the exit to stay at one of the hotels. The driver gave my parents a ride with the car towed to the Angel's yard overnight and they were really reasonable. Crystal was awesome she dispatched the driver to exactly where my parents were stranded at, she kept me informed when the driver got to the location and where to pick up the car, answered all of my questions. 10 star service definitely appreciated.
I will be forever thankful for angels towing! They were the only ones to answer and get my boyfriend who was stuck all night in the freezing cold. They were affordable, fast, and professional. Definitely keeping their number.
