What a nice group of guys!!! We went in looking for batteries for our car key fob and they had them. We didn't have a tiny screwdriver to change out the battery so they let us use one of theirs. We had our dog with us (it was over 100° outside) and they had no issue with us bringing him inside. It wasn't a life-ending situation obviously but they were friendly, helpful and warm...and it was just genuinely nice to interact with such a nice staff. 5 stars for sure!!
Stop by this location at times for parts I need. Staff is great. Javier and Juan are very knowledgeable dudes shout out to them. Recommend these guys to help you if u looking for car parts.
The people here were invaluable to me, my engine was misfiring and I didn't know anything about what to do. They helped me find the right ratchet to use, told me what could be causing the issue, and sold me new sparkplugs that have the car running great!

We ordered a part for our car, it was the wrong part, so we wasted 3 days not being able to get it fixed! My husband told them it didn't look like the part but convinced him otherwise! I called and got a hold of a really informative young lady with lots of knowledge who got the part right and ordered it!
Quite large for the chain however that just means more to choose from. I was really impressed by how easily everything was too find and the employees were very knowledgeable and courteous!!
The staff here are always super helpful and know what they are talking about most of the time. But on the other hand dont ever buy least expensive parts. Trust me you will regret it
Had a great customer service experience today with O'Reilly employee by name Martin, instead of just selling me a product he help me out with checking to see if my battery on my Honda Accord was still good.When he came out to check the battery he seen the was battery acid all over the post he cleaned it by brushing off the acid crushin and spraying it with cleaner. He then checked the battery voltage and showed it was over 12vlt didn't need spent money on a new battery but just a new power connection for the battery post. Excellent customer service Martin thank you sir.

I took my battery there to have charged on a Monday, called on Wednesday to tell them I would be there on Thursday to get it and Thursday morning when I showed up, they told me my battery had tested bad, marked as abandoned and was already on its way to Texas to recycle the core. Within hours of the original pick up date it had already been thought to have been abandoned and was half way to Texas? Wth? Suspicious... Corporate sorted that bs out for me tho.

Service Rep Gave me the Wrong part; even after i took the ORIGINAL part and matched it at the store...that rep STILL insisted on what they were giving me was correct... uhh, WRONG!!!! Obviously, the Rep and a few others need to be RETRAINED.
Staff is tenured and experienced. They can source many hard to find parts. Hard to find this quality of parts people now a days. The autozone across the street simply cant compare.
Great customer service at this location. They helped me change a headlight and made sure I had the correct one. And by help I mean they did it for me :)
Frequent visitor here, great service, my only lacking star is simply that sometimes when they are busy they don't answer the phone...however, I won't go anywhere else in town!
