The guys here so nice:) and helpful. I needed a new battery and they helped me test it and then we figured out that I might need some new coils but for a woman that doesn't typically work on cars.... at least I'm able to get some genuine help here. Thank you 🕊️

I needed a part for my Ford F150 pick up truck. It took them 3X to get that part right. Kudo to a guy named Christopher that helped me ordered the right part.

Had to stop while on a road trip. Located in a small middle of nowhere kinda town. The store was surprisingly clean & the employee we dealt with was nice.

The workers here can't even handle giving the correct wiper blades let alone auto fluids. Do your own research.

Really cool staff members 10/10 even tho there’s only 5 stars. Also to the people rating 1 star cause they don’t wear their masks just wear your damn mask before walking in y’all actin like we ain’t in the middle of a pandemic

To elaborate on James's review. I was in the store when the issue about the mask occurred. The employees were being respectful and offered to help the couple from their car and even offered them a mask for her to wear. The lady kept yelling at the poor employees about why she didn't want to wear the mask. The employees were just doing their job. I recieved great service from the employees as soon as the couple had left. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

I am a truck driver so being able to stop and get stuff I need on the road is important. My wife and I stopped in to pick up some stuff I needed. I had on my mask but my wife due to medical condition can not wear one. When we entered the store a store employee behind the counter yelled you need a mask to be in the store and when I tried to explain that she could not wear one he said then she can't be in here. Well I tried to explain that according to the Americans with disabilities act that the policy was incorrect she has the right to do what every one else does. But I was again told that is our store policy sorry you have to leave. Well when I am not on the road this company was the primary place for me to purchase parts and supplies for my vehicles but I guess I am going to have to rethink that due to store policies violating people's rights under the Americans with disabilities act as well as being disrespected by store employees out loud in front of other customers.

recent visit i came in to pickup some parts. mask slipped off nose as im carrying parts to front. cashier decides he wants to yell across the store to tell me to put on mask. i wouldnt have an issue except he ignored the person directly in front of me with NO MASK until i pointed him out on my way out the door. kinda doesnt help i was the only black person in the store at the time. do better.

What is the point of asking your customers to wear a mask but your own employees don't know how to properly wear a mask. It is to cover your nose and mouth not your double chin.

This place is very much adequate, Ed is very helpful at times as well as the other employees there. They offer great advice and superb customer service, I recommend shopping here for all your automotive needs. 10/10 would shop again. 👍🏼

My man Ed is the best!!! Not only did he help me out with my problem, but he did it efficiently, and made sure to warn me of any trouble I might come across while doing the work I was doing. He was overly helpful in a situation where he could have decided to not be helpful at all and made sure to work out the little hiccups that came along. He took extra time out of his day to not only help me but also to exhaust all options to make sure I walked away with the best experience ever. I think all the guys working here are great but Ed/ Edward is a cut above the rest really good guy and who you should see if you want top fight customer service. Thanks again Ed, you made my day

Worst experience ever I got blamed for using a stolen credit card SMH the cops showed up and I showed my DL and credit card in my name and it was handled.Ill never shop here again !!

The one in Los Palos is great they helped me so much and were very helpful a d respectful, not like the one in Los Banos they are rude and always have an attitude and I'm talking about asst manager to manager , made me feel horrible going there and I live in Los Banos what a shame!!!!

I like that the employees here can assist on basically anything you need. Sometimes it gets crowded but they try their best and i respect that. There is always a solution to whatever part i may need for my vehicles when i come in. If i need a tool they can accommodate right away to let you borrow one. The check engine scanner is very useful because it can let you know the exact problem your car has. And i rather come here because i work on my car and with AutoZone help i know i will be well on my way soon.

The associate René was very rude, I asked him if he spoke spanish, even though I speak english, my fisrt languange is spanish, in which I'm more comfortable speaking,he looked at me up and down gave me a dirty look and just walked away, he then told another associate to help me because he didnt want to. 😤
