I attempted to return a part under warranty, but the manager denied the return, citing the cost as the reason, which I found to be an insufficient justification. The manager did not engage with me directly. I subsequently processed the return successfully at a different location without any complications.
I was inside this O’Reillys today. There was a young man named Mario, who is very helpful. He provided great service. He was knowledgeable with the scan tool and help me get the things I was going to need to keep the vehicle I am working on running.
So I took a marine/RV battery in to get charged and you guys said it's a bad battery. The battery is not bad. I don't know what it is with all the O'Reilly's locations but for some reason I can't get it through your heads that it's coming up as being bad because you guys keep putting it on the fast charging battery charger. You can't put it on that charger. It's not a regular car battery so it's not gonna charge that fast charging battery charger. It's a deep cycle batter so it has to go on the charger thats meant for deep cycle batteries not the fast charging one that's meant for car batteries. You guys just can't seem to get it right. I'm tired of hearing myself repeat it to you over and over again
Bought a $200 battery from this place and had trouble with it. When I took it back the younger worker said it was good and tried to send me on my way. He was rude and did not seem to know how to do his job. I took the same battery to Turlock and they were awesome the battery needs to be charged and maybe bad. Shout out to Turlock on geer road and Delhi you need to do better.
Good customer service the store needs more auto parts. I went to get ngk spark plugs and they did not have any. The front desk person showed me on computer that they don't carry them. They only had auto lites spark plugs that are not durable or dependable.
Kind & polite staff helped us find everything we needed. Clean.
Update: Been to this store many times in the last 5 or so years. Customers are always greeted when they come in. As a woman, I feel comfortable going in this store and picking up things for my husband or asking a worker for help finding something I need.
I brought my rotors to get resurfaced. They did a horrible job. My wheel shakes every time I break. I'm going to have to redo them the next opportunity I get. Such inconvenience and time and money lost.
We have been trying to get the right pully for our 2006 Ford escape, going on 3 weeks, now! The staff was unprofessional and acted like my husband didn't know what he was talking about, so again we got the wrong part! So not to mention the time and money we have wasted, but my husband ended up buying a bike so he can travel the 8 miles because our car has been in the shop and the mechanic has been waiting on the right part! I've missed 2 Dr visits because of all the delays! The staff is rude and annoying!
If it weren't for the Livingston store picking up their slack we wouldn't have gotten anything accomplished! With our car still in the shop, he has been riding his bike between Delhi and Livingston! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that I cared about! Maybe, put some Livingston employees in Delhi to train on how to help and treat your customers! We are there for a reason, not to be toyed with! We are grateful for the O'Reilly Livingston store!
I'll definitely be going back. Service was fast and friendly. Most importantly they gave me ALL the right parts the first time. Thank you Delhi O'REILLY!!
The kids they have working there are no help at all. They're very unprofessional. They were having an inappropriate conversation and cussing up a storm. My son was in there with me and he heard it all. I don't recommend this place and will not be returning again.
Customer service is not a priority here. You will get what you need but don't expect it with a friendly gesture. Olga which is who helped me really needs some training in this department. You shouldn't work with people if your going look like you hate working at your job and have an attitude doing it. Other then that I wouldnt return to this location. Livingston is worth the drive and customer service.
Always my go-to for every car I own, knowledgeable staff, very friendly, and clean store also. Jorge is a very stand-up guy. Always willing to help and gets things done fast, very good employee.
They take care of the customer over the phone that just called vs the one's that's on the counter with them and ready to buy what they need. (They need more common sense)

Purchased a starter. The box it came in looked like it had been run over. The clerk gave me the starter, and placed my returned core in the bent up box. The new starter was scraped up. The clerk assured me it was a good remanufacturer starter. When I installed it, it only sparked and wouldn’t work. I purchased another starter elsewhere. And when I returned the starter the next day, I was refunded my purchase price, but they could not provide me with my core. So I had to eat the $22 core charge . This is the second time oreillys couldn’t make it right. Like the convenience of the location, but that’s about it.
