These guys are legends, some of the best mechanics I've ever encountered. My custom diesel shuttle bus RV went into limp mode on a tour up the coast. Steve walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone and locked me in for an appointment the next day. I expected it to take a couple days, but was on the road again later the same afternoon. They brought some other things to my attention as something to keep my eye on. The final bill was very reasonable. Their hourly rate seems high, but they don't fiddle about and they know what they're doing (and have a wall full of qualifications to back it up). They want you back on the road as much as you. This is a great team and I'm grateful I ended up at their shop.
These guys are great, I called them letting them know that my truck was stuck and they came to a remote area of west Marin. they came very quickly on a holiday, shout-out to this team!
These folks are Service Oriented (double underline!) talk about expert in the field for a specialty need! We required removal of a large stuck comercial vehicle from our steep home driveway and where other towing companies had issues, Diego was ready to go. I've store this number in my phone and would recommend in a heartbeat.
Good customer service. Prices were fair. Took two times longer than expected, so we were not able to plan our time accordingly. Other than that it was a good experience.
The team at Diego’s Truck Repair is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We were traveling in the area with an unexpected break down. I called early on Monday morning and they were immediately helpful, got our problem fixed and got us back on the road as planned. I wish we lived in the area and could continue to use their services. If you need a tow or a repair in the Bay Area I give them the strongest possible recommendation!
Had to call several area tow trucks to find anyone that would pull my heavy Sprinter out of some mud. These guys took care of it quickly and skillfully. Saving their number!

The guys there where very nice, they got my rv towed despite it being a bit of a challenge and had me back on the road in no time. Fortunately it wasn't anything to crazy of a fix and the changed me a reasonable price
Wow, think twice before using this place. Rips you off on pricing, owner is extremely rude and on top of that the breaks they replaced had a complete failure 1 WEEK!!! after they installed them. The other shop we went to to replace the breaks, cylinder, calipers, everything again..told us Diego's used the cheapest parts you can buy, yet tried to charge us $1800 for the repair.
Doug the owner and Brian the manager made me feel right at home and their prices are fair and reasonable.This is a class act truck repair shop !

I needed to have my historic bus towed to a repair shop about 125 miles from its storage location. I spoke with Doug on the phone, and he was super helpful and courteous. He was very straightforward and honest about pricing and other associated costs.
On the day of the tow (this past June 3, 2018), driver Oscar showed up right on time with a beautiful flatbed tow truck. He was extremely pleasant and easygoing. His knowledge and professionalism were evident when he got my bus loaded and secured promptly.

After my class RV went on fire they went out of their way to get me and my two children back on the road to New Jersey. Which we did. Thank you. They took our RV into their shop and it isn't a diesel vehicle when no other shop would help us. They did the repairs and delta with my insurance in a timely manner.
