Incredible tow service. I was stuck next to Bakersfield with a F250 and large truck camper and after having endless trouble with my own Insurance to getting a tow for my Camper (even though I am paying RV insurance)… triple A wouldn’t help me at all. What a waste of money. Fortunately I came across this two service. They were a life saver and were priced really well. They were respectful and I finally felt like I was being taken care of thanks to them. I didn’t even have to wait that long. They came and picked up my camper and towed it all the way back to Long Beach. They have won my service for life because I am sure I’ll be stuck near there again in my lifetime. Thank you all for your help getting my camper and I home safely. I would recommend them every time if anyone asks.
I'm a little late on my review but if I'm being honest about K&R towing I will give them 10 stars! It was very late at night and I was driving back to Hanford from Cororan and my tire blew out. They offered to come out and change my tire but I told him I had no spare. They asked what kind of vehicle I had and then proceeded to tell me that he had a spare that he could bring out to me to use to get me home. They came out with their own personal tire for me to use to get home. They didn't want to put my other tire back on so they said I could use the tire till the following day so that I could go get another one. These guys went above and beyond. They are amazing and I would totally recommend them to anyone! Thank you K&R towing

My twins are in the nicu at valley children’s when my car broke down. They came out to see what was wrong with my car, got the parts and repaired my car. So beyond thankful to have our car back and running well!
Not one to leave bad reviews, but please be mindful and honest next time. My family and I waited for an hour and a half last night when we were told it would be 30 minutes. And then after we called to see what was taking so long we were kept waiting to then be told another 30 minutes and they would get there.
We are very understanding people and waited patiently the hour and a half without calling, hope this doesn’t happen again especially to families with babies like us.
Very great an prompt service at terrific prices, when they showed up they gave me way more service trouble shooting issues to get me on the way without a tow if not need. Just when I thought my weekend couldn’t get any worse I accidentally lock myself out of my own car like a fool. Luckily Robert was able to come by quickly &unlock my car for me. Truly great service and would recommend to anyone out there.
My husband contacted Rob. On the 19th to arrange for my vehicle to be towed. Husband said he needed to make sure the $80 tow for 5 miles was acceptable to me and Rob said he was gonna find his driver and call back. Apparently while we waited for the call that never came someone broke a window out of my car and stole everything I had. Still can't get ROB to answer the phone. THANKS TO ROB AND HIS inability to do what he says I'm out thousands of dollars in jewelry and other belongings. Not to mention the trip i missed because of waiting around on what appears to be a fraudulent business......
I have nothing but good things to say about Robert and his company. I had a vehicle towed from Clovis to my house in the Ranchos. The tow truck show up early and delivered safely. Robert said I could pay later. Later that day we met ,I felt a little dizzy and was concern for me and offered to take me home. Robert went ABOVE and BEYOND!!! He was seriously the kindest soul and saved the day! He was able to jump my car so I could get to work and then he went out of his way to help get me a battery and replace my battery for me. I don’t know anyone in this town and he really took care of me, especially because I know nothing about cars! Robert is so trustworthy and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else BUT HIM! My car is now working beautifully. Million times recommend and will be calling him for any future issues!
I had a AMAZING experience with Robert! What a great company. Me and my boyfriend were leaving Sacramento headed to Vegas and had a blow out. He answered within seconds and helped us find somewhere to stay and a tire in the morning time to get us back on the road! Very in-expensive as well. Definitely 100% recommend.
Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. Rob the owner who acts as a godly man and a good person will lie to you and screw you over like he did me. He does not keep his word, i paid him and his mechanic for a service that they did not do and when asked for my money back he apologized and stated he is going thru a divorce and tough times and cannot pay me back, even tho i have proof in messages that he would refund me the money i gave for parts that they did not buy nor do any work on the engine. I would recommend using any other tow company then this one. Any man that can lie to you and go back on his word and then block you from messages is unprofessional and not a good businessman.

Rob helped me and my family when we were stuck in a remote area close to kings canyon to tow my vehicle to a safe spot. From my experience he seemed to be a very genuine person willing to help in any way possible. He was reasonable and focused on helping. After being stuck on the side of the road for over two hours with other tow companies (that my insurance picked) who then cancelled with zero notification, I called K&R. I talked with Rob who was very responsive, positive, helpful and reassuring.
Not only did he tow my vehicle, but he gave all of my family a ride as well. He was extremely friendly and even offered to drive us to a hotel if we needed.

They the best in town hands down. I was having some trouble with putting a spear tire on and something told me to call this place today because everywhere else is too expensive and since it is the end of the month and Christmas I was low on money. Well once I called we were able to come out with a lower reasonable price and they showed up in less than 20min and mind you all it's Christmas so you'd figure they'd charge extra and be backed up. Plus they offered to help with getting me another tire since my last one was pretty damaged. Let me just tell you I was definitely not disappointed ! I left work and had a flat tire (did not have spare) called my insurance and did not have towing for some odd reason. They offered towing but we’re out 3-4 hours and I could not wait that long plus they were expensive. I then found K&R towing, called them and said they’d come out to me right away. 30 min later they arrived helped tow my vehicle home and were within my budget. I was stuck on the side of the hwy 99, middle of summer, my car overheated. All the tow companies were literally 3 to 6 hours wait time plus pricey. I found K&R discount towing and was amazed on his time to help me(15mins) I asked for his price and he was only 120$ for a tow and was amazed. I didn’t have cash and he said no worries we take credit card and debit cards and even pay pal. So many options and Robert said “maam, your safety is more important than payment options.
