Jesse and his associate were thorough, honest, and fair. I took my Silverado in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving with my check engine light on and my tachometer not working right as I arrived in North Fork Tuesday night . I traveled 4.5 hours out of town for the holiday and this all happened 4 miles from my destination. I had issues with some faulty transmission hoses before I left and thought it was as related to the repair. Jesse and team actually traced the issue back to a burnt wire from where my computer went into the wiring harness under my hood…completely unrelated and they were super detailed and got me back on the road! Thanks Guys !
Took my project car in for an alignment; techs were very thorough and caught some other unrelated issues that I hadn't previously noticed, which they then explained to me and fixed.
Got a flat while visiting this area and came here for repair. Excellent job done. The repair person was proactive and took care of the task very promptly and effectively. Post repair, he explained to me what was done and how. Highly recommend it.

I’m glad this shop is in North Fork. I can’t say enough good things about Mike. He has done a lot of work on my vehicles and he is honest and carefully considers the best option. I've been to many automotive shops and this was hands down the best shop I've ever been to! Super nice technicians that truly care! 10/10 recommend for anyone in the area for any automotive needs!
You never want your car to break down when it is triple digit weather outside, and you are on vacation, but at least the mechanics we were towed to were amazing. They squeezed us in, fixed our car in less than 24 hours, and even dropped us off and picked us up at our airbnb! Not to mention- they called us the next day to make sure we had gotten home safely.
