Can I just say Dennis is AWESOME! I'd had a really hard day trying to find some way to be able to afford to change my brakes that are dangerously close to failing. Im normally an OReillys girl but Napa had the rotors and pads IN A SET for WAYYY cheaper AND not only that, I got educated about why my brakes keep going bad so quickly so I can save money in the long run too! Wonderful place, kind people. Thanks again for the help, WOULD RECOMMEND!
Christian was super helpful today, my car died right next to NAPA. He helped test the battery, jump my car and replaced the battery. Super polite and nice, definitely a life saver today!
I am Cheryl, David's widow. I came because my car wouldn't start. We knew it was the battery. Christian came out and removed my battery and put in the new one and also put on wiper blades for me... in the rain! He was so kind! THANK YOU!
Went in for a new battery and windshield wipers for my sister's car. Was helped by Christian who helped me with getting the correct battery and wipers. Helped to install and make sure everything was in correctly and not going to cause any issues. Even helped to make sure I didn't have to fix any settings after the battery install. Answered all my questions and warranty details. And gave me change, told him it was for a tip and he insisted that I leave a review.. he got the tip too. So shout out to Christian. Got new rotors they went out 3k miles later they warranted it blamed my car (its not my car) gave me new pads and rotors and said they wont warranty it again. its been 6k miles and my brand new brakes are grinding. Metal on metal on both back rotors. This is a pathetic set of brakes. I paid for the better ones for a reason. Needless to say Go to oreillys ive had no issues with my 40k mile front oreillys brakes they just keep on chuggin oreillys earned my 5 star review overall poor customer service trash parts thank you napa for making me change my brakes on the freeway during my 14 hour drive.
The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. If they cant get you something, they will go out of their way to help you find at another place. I wish all parts stores were run like the napa in coarsegold.
I like the Napa Auto Parts now they have good prices and I'd recommend shopping at then rather than Kragen whoever they are do yourself a lot better at shopping in Napa
The employees in the Coarsegold store are always very helpful and friendly. If they don't have a part in stock they will find it and have it in their store the next day...
