Jeep has arguably the worst customer service of any establishment i’ve ever encountered. I leased a Jeep Wrangler 4xe on August 21st 2025. Not even 2 months later the car completely shut down on me in the middle of the road. I called for assistance but no one called me back, it wasn't until one of my guy friends got on the phone that I got a call back. First of many distasteful experiences here. Not helping me out because I am a woman. When the gentleman finally got on the phone he asked me if I was sure I turned the car on..... I had been driving for several miles when it shut down. Thank god I wasn't on the highway. It has now been almost 2 WEEKS of me not having a car.. What does Jeep do about it?? A WHOLE LOT OF NOTHING. Originally I was told my car would be ready for pick up that wednesday. 2 days, not a big deal. I get it. It's now been 11 days since my car was dropped off and I haven't heard a WORD. The only time I get updates is when I call and ask, and i'm usually met with "the service guys are out, i'll check later" I was told I can rent a car for $50/day for a total of 5 days... Well i've been out of a car for 11 days at this point. Not to mention, I have a
temporary license at the moment and am unable to rent a car at all. Also... PLEASE tell me where you can find a rental SUV (I got a jeep for a reason) for $50 a day???? NOWHERE!!!!! So now i'm paying for a car I cannot use, and my only option is to pay for another car?? For an unknown amount of days? This whole thing is mind blowing. Jerry, and the rest of the shaver auto team should be ashamed of themselves for allowing a customer to be treated this way... The least you could do is put me in a loaner car.

I recently purchased a used truck here. This dealership really keeps the stereotype of dishonest dealerships alive and well. The first issue was with the price. When you're about to seal the deal, they inform you the price of the vehicle is about $5K more than the advertised price. They tack on a bunch of "aftermarket" add-ons that they claim are mandatory and mentioned with a disclaimer in the ad. I still can't find any disclaimer or fine print mentioning this anywhere in their online ads. I was able to get most of the add-ons removed after much protest, but not all. The finance guy Bailey was dishonest and skipped over several important details on the contract. There were 2 issues I noticed on the test drive with the truck that they said would be fixed by the time I took delivery a week later. Neither were addressed, so I needed to take the truck back, where they kept it for a week with no loaner so I was without a vehicle. One of the sales managers Miguel was super condescending and rude during that process. The only saving grace was the salesman Jerry who went above and beyond to do what he could to make the situations better. Overall I love the truck, but I would never give this place my business again.
I had the most professional and personable experience with the Tony Buenvostro. He kept in touch with me throughout the process and streamlined the final sale of the vehicle. He was friendly, professional, and had one of the best personalities that I’ve ever experienced in car shopping. Your dealership is so lucky to have him on your team.

I gave them all the information provided pictures and close the deal with them to buy it back at Even of course when I arrived, they started nickel and diamond me and asking me to pay $800 stating that they’re gonna spend $3000 on this car Before they resell it this car has 16,000 miles on it and has been only serviced at this dealership. They lied to me and they have lost a customer. they have lost not only me but all the people that would have recommended. Please do not buy from them. The management has changed and they are not doing business straight up plus very rude when you come here except for my salesman who has always been nice unfortunately he’s not in charge I will upload the video of the manager who basically just looked at the car and didn’t even talk to me. Just walked away and told the guy try to get $800 out of him so sad that for $800 they would do this.

I contacted Nathan, the general manager, and explained my previous experience. I also told him I was looking for a Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack they had in stock, and that I already had a competitive offer from a dealer farther away. Nathan was professional and immediately connected me with Tyler, the sales manager, who worked to match the deal for me.
Shortly after, Gilbert from the sales team reached out, took all the necessary info, and got the process started smoothly. Even when there were some issues with the financing bank, the team stayed in touch and kept me updated throughout — everything was handled quickly and professionally.

I can’t believe how amazingly I was treated by this dealership. I bought a used Jeep at the end of March, it’s now June. My car had a flat tire. No big deal? Well it turns out it had a wheel lock, and we weren’t given the key. I never heard of such a thing. Pep Boys couldn’t get it off. It was Sunday and nowhere else was open. Monday morning I explained the problem to the dealership and they sent their employee, Wilmer out to my town, 30 miles away. He was able to take the Jeep to another tire shop nearby, and even though Pep Boys said I needed a new tire, they patched it. Wilmer drove to my house and then drove me to my car. They had paid and said I didn’t owe anything. This is next level. 10 stars!!

I made requests and they did their best to make the deal happen. Both Jonathan and Bailey were very personable and made the experience of buying a car pretty refreshing and rather enjoyable.
