my part wasn't found within a reasonable price range. However, I did receive call and emails from multiple places even if they haven'y checked their inventories before hand and tried to offer my colors or parts that were irrelevant to my request. However this can be a major help to someone with an older model car or car with easily available parts as it may be easier to source and you will have them contacting you instead of the other way around. I was refunded my money as promised since my part was not found. Great customer service.

I paid Parts Request their nominal fee to help me find a part that was LONG discontinued, and on a vehicle which was produced in very limited numbers. They got me in touch with a plethora of locators who did their best, but could not fulfill my order. I was quite satisfied with the attempt made, but even so, Parts Request refunded my money. I was surprised but pleased and I will certainly use their services in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of hard to find parts.

Although I didn’t receive the response that I had hoped for ( in locating parts needed for my truck)upon my request did immediately refund the cost of the service. It’s rare today to find companies that refund without frustrating

Neat service, unfortunately I did not get a hit on my part but they refunded the finder's fee promptly on request, after the timeframe had passed. Will likely try to use their service in the future and would recommend to others.

The responses were not helpful as the part requested is not a common replacement. Refund was quickly made a long time after the request. Very pleased with the service.

I have contacted this company several times by email and they do not respond. I have also contacted them by their phone number and there is no one to answer. I asked them if and how they are affiliated with QUALITY AUTO PARTS who are located in Chicago. But again, no response :(
