Upon arrival, I was escorted to the car, only to find that the mileage was actually 170,000 miles. When I pointed this out, the agent denied it and showed no concern about the misinformation or the inconvenience caused. U wonder why this place has 3 stars…people in the office are lousy!! They hate sitting down! Customer service is trash! 1st time and last time i stop here. By the way this is coming from a business owner, i do labor and office work…i feel bad for this company, STAY AWAY
