Horrible company or horrible Employees. Had a tow truck driver basically almost want to fight me over an a person who had a accident. I was first on the scene being that it was outside my Apt and I was letting the guy know how I work with accident lawyers and how I was gonna guide him what tk do via swap insurance info with the other person, take pics of the scene more so as well because he spoke Spanish only and he had an accident with Asian and they both had a language barrier. 30 mins pass and this tow industries guy comes and and starts to talk tk guy and I guess he does the same thing as a hustle but me I actually work with he lawyers but he comes and starts telling me to back off and that this area here is his territory and more so that he took the guys Phone so that I wouldn't interact with him and basically was saying what was I gonna do and if I was we were gonna fight basically. I may have seemed like a coward because I backed down but I wasn't about to start a fight either over a person who I wanted to help clearly he doesn't care the name he gives to Tow Industries and shows that he only wants money in his pocket
Tow Industries tow truck operates illegally out of the business next to my house in Northridge at 8841 Wilbur Ave. Comes and goes 24/7 and is a nuisance to our community. Driver is a jerk and litters on our street daily. Shame city of LA can’t enforce the rules.
I'm not sure if it's a driver, employee, or someone else but someone wearing their merch is walking around stealing political signs from yards. Shady as hell, recommend you just stay away from them and anyone associated.
Bought 2 trucks here already and going on my third only place I will get my trucks from they are all ways on point. Really want to thank Jessica and mark for all they do to get our trucks on the road.
I don’t recommend bring your truck here for service I had a issue with my truck tow lights the cable got cut and I needed a new track for it, they told me that there were 3 trucks ahead of my truck and the next day I’ll call to check up on my truck and now magically there are 8 trucks ahead of mine and they lied to me saying that they work over the weekend to get trucks outta there, the service advisors don’t know what’s going on in their service lanes, and now I’m calling them everyday and they just keep telling me that they are almost done with the truck that was ahead of mine and mine would be going in shorty. Worst Service I’ve ever seen. Don’t bring your truck here I guarantee you that you’ll be sitting at home doing nothing for about a week till you get your truck back
I highly recommend Tow Industries I just bought a brand new wrecker from them it was a very easy process to custom build a tow truck from them there salesmen was amazing definitely recommend buying a truck from them and if you need to buy a truck ask for Dalton he is a amazing salesman helped me build my truck he updated me on every step of the build process of the truck he told me a date that the truck will be done and that date he provided was accurate truck looks beautiful when I went to pick it up and dalton was a very respectful and helpful salesman definitely recommend him if you are looking to buy a truck from Tow industries new or a used tow truck they are amazing will definitely be buying all my trucks from tow industries from now on moving forward.
don’t recommend buying a truck for these guys especially Tori or Mark you think Mark is the owner so he’ll make sure he takes care of you but he doesn’t. He doesn’t care they will do whatever it takes for you to buy the truck just for them at the end to screw you over with it don’t recommend at all go over to Tow World. They’ll help you out a lot better than these guys would.
Just wow! A fantastic new facility with bright inviting signage and colors! The waiting room is very welcoming and I was greeted immediately with a pleasant smile from Tory and a warm welcome from Jessica. They have a nice selection of new and used trucks for sale and service all the necessary equipment you’d need. If you don’t mind traveling, come check this family out. Stellar service and friendly technicians!!!
I could be expecting to much but here is my experience with getting a brand new truck built with these guys… first off they never put my back up camera on my truck even though I ordered it with one next was my rails I ordered my truck with are extremely scratched and banged up when I picked it up but I took the truck anyway because we’ll now days where are you going to find a new truck so I decided I would live with it well it’s 5 months later now and I have had to go through and work on about every pin on the truck because none of the snap rings were installed into the groove to hold them on the hydraulic tank leaks at the return line and every piece they panted has had the paint come off because they didn’t use any primer and I might get paint showing some where if I didn’t live in the desert where there is never any snow or salt lastly I had some extra lights added to my grill those have already stopped working as well I didn’t spend 125k on truck so I could work on it like my 30k trucks I will never order another truck from this dealer again
I believe Tow Industries is best tow trucks sales company. The employees here are very friendly and professional. I bought my first tow truck about 4 months ago. My truck run very well and everything is good. Henry was the sales person, he was very professional and easy to deal with. They answered all my questions and did everything possible to get me an excellent truck at low price. I'm 100% satisfied.

A tow truck just cut me off exiting vincent ave in west covina. No turn signals no nothing. No apology no nothing. If this is the way all the drivers drive, I can't even imagine how they tow peoples vehicles. Careless driving all thru the 605 and a few drivers had seen it as well. I have it on my dashcam as well.

I called AAA who sent a technician from tow industries to jump start my RV. I formerly paid for RV plus service but cancelled after this incident. The technician said he didnt know how to jump start my winnebago. So I cancelled my membership and called Sams club. Within 5 minutes a technician was able to jumpstart my RV??? I have since bought the same battery pack the technician used and I am able to jumpstart start my RV anytime easily yet tow industries doesnt know how? AAA said that I would have to have my RV towed to the shop. This particular technician does not even know how to jumpstart an RV??? I am in contact with AAA corporate to try and get something done about this. What if I was camping with the kids and left my lights on? I just better hope that they dont send Tow Industries. Very very unhappy customer.
5 stars is not enough to rate these guys. I bought a preowned rollback, and the guys went above and beyond to have it ready for driving it back to TX. Thank you Juan and your crew. Your customer service will have back to buy next truck and equipment.

I bought my first truck from these peopleworst experience ever they said my truck would be ready in two weeks I got it 5 Weeks Laterand here it is 4 months later I still not have received my pink slip registration plates nothing bad business I will never buy another truck from them again I would not recommend going to these people

I was driving on the road down Olympic Boulevard in Hollywood and Beverly Hills And this Tów truck driver from Tów industries was driving in and out of traffic running a red light speeding and almost hitting vehicles while he was driving completely unsafe and a horrible represent the two of this company this happened on June 11 between 1045 and 11:06 PM
I recently purchased a 2007 International Rollback from the guys at Tow Industries and my experience was amazing! Tony the head of truck sales is a great guy,he literally spent two days with me, picking me up from the airport and showing me trucks. When we made a deal he went out of his way to correct a few small issues with the truck before I departed on a 2800 mile trip back to PA!!! The truck made it back with NO issues. I bought a used Ford wheel lift from this shop and was very satisfied. I sent them a 10% deposit and asked them to hold it until I had time to fly from Florida to look at it. They went over the truck while waiting for me and it was road ready when I got there. Juan picked me up at the airport and I drove the truck back to florida with no problems. This truck has held up well and I will be doing business with Mark and Juan again.
