GREAT SERVICE!!! I got stuck in the middle of the road with crazy drivers around me, so close to getting into a bad accident sitting there but, luckily i was saved in record time. Will definitely use this company again in the future!!!
Very professional and kind from start to finish. I called to make an appointment to tow my car to the mechanic, and although they were running a bit late on the day of, they kept me updated through text which was much appreciated. My car got to the mechanic with no additional damage. Hopefully I won't need a tow ever again, but if I do I would call BTS
