They're very nice at this one. I returned my old battery but wasn't strong enough to get it out of my trunk. They got it out of my trunk for me. And I got more money back than I thought I'd get back. I recommend this store!
Had a bad experience with a battery charge service. I came in on Nov 24 to charge a battery was given a battery charge ticket and came back with the ticket on Nov 26 to pick it up and the battery I dropped off was no longer there. I spoke with the manager and was told it would be looked into. Was told they do not know what happened to it and was told to come back to get a replacement battery.
I came back on Nov 27 and was helped by who I believe was the night manager Nick who seemed to make it my problem and if I actually dropped off a battery that day when he was working as well. I told him the make and model of the car for the battery and he pulled up the battery and then he asked me for my phone number for my account and decided to give me a battery for a different car that I ordered last year instead of the correct battery that we already established previously. I assumed he was correct in giving me the correct battery and found out it was the wrong battery when I brought it home because it was too small.
As a customer I do not appreciate being accused of something and was following their procedures. On top of being given the wrong battery as a replacement when I clearly established the information for what car it was for. He did not bother to verify why the battery was different from what was discussed and just gave me the wrong battery.
I haven’t had helpful help in this store location within the past 2 years, so I won’t be going back for a while. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, unless you enjoy having a headache and more questions than solutions. My latest experience is below:
I went to get my car battery tested and 1 associate told me there could be any problem with the battery or my car… no charge or additional info was needed.
I had to ask about having the battery charged. The associate reluctantly accepted to charge and told me to go back a few hours later.
I went back and another (2nd) associate helped me. The 2nd associate told me he saw the battery off of the charging dock and figured someone charged it. I asked for a battery test to be performed and he told me he didn’t know about any test.
Decided to go to Autozone for a second test (just 2 minutes later right down the street) and the testing unit wouldn’t perform because the battery was not charged… Get your act together Oreillys!!!
Employee smiled the least I've seen in a while!! He got my bulb and offered my trim tool, a bit over the top, I questioned it - he then shelved it. Okay... just very matter-of-factly. Aside from that, you'll hear more if the bulb was the wrong one....
I want here and two older guys helped me and they had really good customer service and was really helpful in knowledgeable about my car and cars in general, thanks for that experience.
Nick was great! He came out to check my car battery in this crazy cold weather. He answered all my questions advised me on what battery I should get. I got a better deal than I was in expecting ’ll definitely be back!”
Best prices in socal. Toyota dealership wanted 375 each headlight assembly. These automotive messiahs can beat that. 63 dollars. I saved 310 on each light.
No customer service awareness and over priced by 4-8 $ compared to online. I could of walked out with a gallon oil and they would be in their own world and on the phone.Better off ordering online for pickup and avoid the attitude and markup on product
Gio & Richard (& pretty much all the guys at this location) are very nice, helpful, knowledgeable & down-to-earth. My bf feels the same, which means they're not just being nice because I'm a woman.
I had a dilemma with getting my new battery installed and when I talked to Richard he didn't hesitate to offer his help even though it said online that it was going to be a difficult task. He immediately jumped up and helped me! He grabbed his tools and was done within 15 minutes Thanks a lot Richard! You have no idea how much you helped me.

Ordered a part wrong, they helped return, find the right one, told me it would be a day and got it to me in a few hours.
Exceptional service very happy, and I will be coming back most definitely.

O'Reilly's usually have the parts I need. The associates here were quite helpful and friendly. If I lived closer than I do, they would likely see me more often
Gio is the best, if we can find a part he will spend the time with you to find a comparison that will work, he and the rest of the staff are always attentive and friendly
Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond for me on a number of occasions. Calling around for parts at different stores ect.
Tons and tons of parts. It's just like selection from Amazon but triple the price and they won't match. Oh and if you need something ordered because it's not in stock you're thing to wait at least a week.
Knowledgeable, friendly, and organized. The people here are very nice...minority based staff. banish speaking patrons are welcome.. Plenty of parking, fully lit store, all the shelves are fully stocked. Battery recharges are free. They'll even come out to your car and help you install your windshield wipers for you for free.
Probably top 3 worst customer service I ever experienced. I walked in the store asking for a specific part. There was two works a younger and older gentlemen. The older gentlemen was rude. Initially he points me to a section where the parts were. There was a ton of them, and I obviously needed help. So I ask politely "hey can you help me finding the model or vendor number" He responds back with "it's not going to be in the system, you can't find that because it's manufacturer related" And showed me on his computer to confirm. So I ask can you google it for me , he said no it won't work.
He obviously was comfortable where he was standing and did not want to offer any type of customer support. Maybe walk over help me find something that might work. There was tons of parts, maybe one might work ? But no, he stood there. What made matters worse was I googled the vendor and part name and boom! there was the model number. I was so disgusted that I didn't even want to buy anything from this store or oriely parts in general. Seriously that was bad. It felt like he wanted to make me feel dumb
This was on the day of oct 21 between the hours of 6-7. Seriously Does management even care ? O'Reily do you know you have people like this representing you ?
