BEWARE SHADY BUSINESS. I was sold a battery by someone named Emerson, the battery died in 18 months so I went in for a replacement under warranty. I was told that the store didn't even carry the brand of battery he sold me and they wouldn't do anything to help.

The particular staff member I dealt with requires better training and more attention to customer service. Very limited effort to problem solve and think outside the box. In the end I got exactly what I came for (snow chains) after using the website guideline and explaining this to staff. Without my perseverance they wouldve done a disservice and lost a sale for something thats sitting on a shelf out the back. I cant fault the product, its perfect however a little more attention to service goes a long way

Always received the best service at this location, spoke to Reacrdo on the phone regarding certain parts for my vehicle and he was nothing but kind, helpful and very knowledgeable.

We stopped in at the oraillys on 190th st in torrance, california. There were no other customers in the store. There were at least 4 employes. We went to the counter the service rep greeted us. Before we could tell him what we were looking for the phone rang. At that point we were totally ignored. The service rep answered the phone. Asked one of the other employes about break shoes. The other employes joined into the conversation. Leaving us standing while they all talked back and forth about the break shoes. After severl minuets we left. Walking past 2 of the employes that didnt try to ask us if we needed help. Couldn't recommend shopping there and won't again

I had pre-purchased batteries for my truck. I went into the store early to make sure all was well. I was told they would be in later. I informed the manager I would need assistance changing them out due to recent back surgery. I arrived later the same evening after I was notified they had the batteries. At that time the evening shift refused to help. So I had to return the batteries. ($657) I ended up going to AutoZone down the street. They helped me without issue. I don't know if it was store policy, or just lazy employees.

I went again 4/29/2022 and the service has gotten better! When do you ever see that? Seriously, awesome experience, awesome store and awesome people. Keep up the good work!!! ______________________ Previous Review Below ______________________ I want to send some praise to the two fellows working Saturday evening on 2/13/22. Very helpful and, honestly a really fun experience. Had some much needed laughs and I felt like appreciated as a customer. The visit made me reminisce of a simpler time when you'd visit the neighborhood auto shops of old searching for parts and receiving that ol' fashion customer service (member those days?). I bought a wheel lock kit a while ago from a different branch but lost the key adjuster so I went here to buy a new one since this location was the closest one. I brought the package in and asked a mid age male worker, I think the name was Richard, to see if they have it. I have no idea if he misunderstood me or he was having a bad day, he did not even bother checking or looking up the product I was looking for, instead he was totally rude and mean for no apparent reason. I did the work myself and walked around the store and found the item on my own and purchased it. Even then, at the checkout he dismissed the one that I found on my own saying they are not the same thing. All the measurements matched, just the label font and the coloring of the packaging were different but same tool regardless. It just makes you question whether he is truly bad at differentiating products he sell or good at discriminating the customers. I got treated so badly for a simple small transaction, wasn’t even a complex task. Wouldn’t recommend this guy if you are ever in this location and need to ask for help.

Called ahead to pick up a part. Was told it was in stock, showed up and they didn’t have it. Whatever happened to checking on it before you said you had it instead of just trusting on a cpu.

I called in and talked to Danny. Asked for some parts and he said that he have them all in stock. But when I arrived he said that it was a mistake and he only have 1 out of 4 parts i asked about. He said it like nothing happened - i spent almost 2 hours in traffic for nothing. More over he was rude and when i asked to call other stores to see who might have it - he just turned around and left.

Staff always there to help us. Needed a new car stereo, speaker, and door panel clips and they made the parts easy to find and that they would fit.

He is very knowledgeable and very good at his job He took the extra step getting my part to me by retrieving it at a different store so I did not wait extra days to finish my project. He is an asset to your team at Oreillys and is one of the reasons that I shop there,

Both succeed in excelling customer service, always give the proper information and makes sure us customer are taken care of 100% Life indefinitely should be taking essential protocols to ensure maximum CUSTOMER SERVICE like this store and always answer the phones. Remember WE ARE THE ONES PAYING YOU. If it wasn’t for customers NO BUSINESS MEANS NO JOB/Paycheck! Everybody needs to get off that profession “BUSINESS” TIP and put more care and emotion into. Great customer service! After getting quoted hundreds of dollars for lightbulbs by the crooks at Kia of carson, the gentleman at O'Reilly's hooked me up for $16 and showed me how to install them for free.

The guy could've sold me on buying 2 bottles of coolant which could've ran me about $25 but he was honest and said I should only buy 1 and mix some water since my car has no coolant. Excellent customer service.

This store has a better staff than the location on PCH. They are will to take their time to help you find the proper part. The parking lot is never full and it nor far from my home. My number one spot for the parts that are nor race related. Wished they would do price matching from Summit and Jegs.

I’m a field tech for a large telecommunications company. I was called out for an emergency repair, but had a dead battery in my truck. I talked to the Manager and told him my predicament. He graciously agreed to have the battery delivered to my home, which was just over a mile away. Turns out I was able to get the truck started without the new battery. Horrible customer service. Went in for a headlight bulb. Asked sales clerk, Brian, if he could install it for me. Thinking I'm a woman who wouldn't know any better, I'm sure, he proceeded to tell me that it was much too difficult a task, that he was not a mechanic, and blah, blah, blah. I told him that I had just come from Pep Boys around the corner (where they didn't have the right bulb) and watched the guy there pull the old one out in 15 seconds and it looked anything but difficult. He then attempted to make jokes comparing him being a sales clerk, not a mechanic to RN nurses and medical assistants, on and on. I told the rude, smart ass that there was no need to keep talking because he had already declined to help and it only made him sound more ridiculous! The worse part is this was all done with his manager standing right there!!! I honestly can't remember ever receiving worse customer service anywhere!

Joseph and Jose were amazing!!! They took exceptional care of me from the get go. Not only did they recognize some troubles that I couldn't foresee, but the helped me install what I was working with. Heroes of the day for sure! Give these guys a raise!!! Thanks again for saving me!!!
