DO NOT HIRE. driver cancelled first appointment then showed up too early on the rescheduled day. Started calling me unspeakable names and telling me to kill myself when I told him I wasn’t home and he needs to schedule a different time. Then the company refused to help me upon my complaint and cancelled altogether. I felt unsafe through the whole process, DO NOT USE JUNK KING. Elijah was the name of the driver.

Would definitely recommend especially after using other junk removal companies previously before finding junk king -and they would always charge extra fees etc. but junk king they tell you the price and that’s the price! Easy process to schedule a quote and schedule the pick up service. Our full truck load of junk was picked up in about an hour (It looked like a multi day project to me), so it's definitely worth the price! Romeo and his assistant were courteous and professional. It was easy to make an appointment over the phone. The person helping me on the phone was very nice and knowledgeable and answered my questions. I received text updates the guys showed up in the time frame given, gave me a very reasonable quote. They loaded everything quickly and I got rid of my junk! I will definitely use them again!
Second time using. Not as stellar as first time, still good. Wanted to show up two hours early (won’t always work, folks—that’s why it’s called scheduling) and then missed the later agreed-upon window. Main office was dismayed, thereby tipping me it’s not the usual. Guy on truck then called right away, set agreed-upon time (again) & on time to the minute for that. And then reasonable price.
Nothing but good things to say about junk kings. They were able to come out very quickly from when I scheduled my junk pick up. It was a very big job as I had a lot of construction debris and they did a great job and gave me a great price. They were upfront from the start and very easy to work with. The team was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful! I needed to remove the sand from our kindergarten play box at my elementary school. They did a great job, and cleaned up afterward. I would 100% recommend them!

I'd looked up how to take furniture and bulky items to local dumps, but the dump websites were really uninformative, and local reviews mentioned how expensive and difficult it could be to haul off your unneeded items (some items were even rejected!). Not so with Junk King! They take large and small furniture, and I didn't have to do anything. And it's great to know that they recycle as much as they can from each take-away. Complete peace of mind!

We had a really great experience with angel and Elijah today they were communicative. They got there on time and not only did they pick up the things that we need them to pick up but we found something large that also needed to go and they made sure it fit so we really appreciate all their work and would recommend them and use them in the future.
Appointment was easy to do; the guys came by gave me a fair price and took the item away. Easy ! Second time used the service and has always been courteous and easy to work with.
They came noon. The agreed time. 3 guys, they were able to get my spa into the truck with only furniture Dollie’s. They maneuvered the spa through an opening between the garage and the pool. The spa was 8x3.5. They had 6” to get through. They cleaned up, no debris or nails and screws. Prices are good. Thanks Junk King

Junk King is the best. They responded within the hour to my request, and came within 48 hours to clean out my junk. Great service and very easy and well priced.
I received an estimate from Junk King the middle of December to have my spa, couch, and recliner removed. I was going to hold off, at least the spa, until after the holidays. I ordered a new couch and it was suppose to be delivered any time from December 29 to January 12 and figured I'd have plenty of time to make arrangements to have at least the couch removed. But they text me to say my couch was ready to be delivered 12/26. I called Roman, who had given me my original estimate in a panic hoping they could pick up my couch today. Because of the holiday, he wasn't sure that would be possible since they've been so busy. But I heard back from him and was told they would be here in 15 minutes and they were. I will definitely be calling them again for any items I need removed. I HIGHLY recommend Junk King. They are reasonably priced, very professional, friendly, on time and do their best to accommodate you any way they can.
It's very difficult to have mixed messages between the customer service by phone and the on-site pick-up crew, especially concerning load size & price. Unfortunately, I had to ask 3 additional men on site to assist the 2-person crew who came unprepared. This is a problem
... I also was somehow denied the $30 SANTA coupon that was my incentive to use Junk-King again. I also purchased their bags from Amazon, so I feel like I'm paying even more for a service that was frustrating today and required me to get their team extra help to do the job they agreed to do.
I was clearing out my father’s house and scheduled two pickups with Junk King. Unfortunately the first pickup was book for a past date. When I called they were very apologetic and made sure that they accommodated the exact time I needed for the second pickup. The guys called when they were 30mins away and were even 10mins early. Since I was not able to get pricing comparison with the failed first pickup they made sure to be very competitive with my quote and worked quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t stay for the whole process but they sent photos after the job was done. Even though there was a hiccup with scheduling they made it right and did a great job.
Very disappointing, I will never recommend Junk King to any of my friends and family, the team is not good, don’t know how to deal with customers. The first day that they came, they look like they’re not serious with their job. Elijah was telling me that I did not send a photo in the front, only back and the side , because I forgot to take picture of the front, that’s why I told him to include the front (not a lot anyway) and he said okay but he didn’t say any additional amount. I showed them everything that they need to clean up. On the first day that was Monday 10/28/24 they came like past 2pm, supposedly my appointment is 8am-10am, Elijah said he will bring 2 trucks and yes they brought 2 trucks so they could clean up as much as they could but they just work for an hour or less. And they said to come back the next day in the morning like 8am or 9am but the next day before 8am Elijah called and unable to come, he said they can come Wednesday 10/30/24, they keep on postponing my appointment. It was supposed to clean up everything for the price that they gave me but they left a lot more dirt and I need to pay them and they said to come back another day for another estimate for the unfinished job. Not a good customer service, unsatisfactory!

My appointment was made for the same day, which was already impressive. They gave a 2 hour window for arrival and the guys called to say they were on their way, which was courteous. They were quick and got everything done in about an hour. They were friendly and worked well together. It was definitely a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend them.
