At that moment I couldn’t afford a more expensive refurbished battery. So I got the least expensive one they have. They say you paid what you paid for. I’m not stupid. I paid for a 3 month warranty battery. So you sell me a good working refurbished cbattery. Don’t give me one with hardly any battery acid inside that battery. And then don’t tell me I didn’t buy it from you guys. I clearly remember going to the body shop on Long Beach blvd and Firestone. They referred me to you I go there and you were so kind enough to loan me your ratchet tool set Exchanging my battery. I remember the owner grabbing the battery from the bottom of the shelves from the right side. There is no confusion where I purchased this battery since I don’t have multiple vehicles at numerous body shops. I just have one truck that was around the corner. You knowingly sold me a battery with hardly any battery acid since I purchased a lowest cost one you have. In addition, didn’t even bother to mark it so it can’t be identified as yours. It’s been a month. I went there yesterday your worker tested the battery and said it’s ok. But somehow doesn’t bother to check to see how much battery acid is inside. People it’s dangerous if you don’t know what your doing to don’t check it yourself. Today (11-21-2024) I opened it up and it required more than 32fl oz of battery fluid acid. I spoke to you you simply told me to bring it. How about you come at 10pm 12am 2 am. To jump start my car. How about reimbursing $60 for some really good jumper cables I bought. How about the other times I lost a job because I was late where’s is that money. Within days I notice an issue that required jump starting my truck. How about everyone that purchase a better from you check their batteries. My family lives in Huntington Park. I live in Anaheim. I rather buy another one over here or just gone to the one on gage. Don’t sell me a battery and then tell me it’s not from you. I’m not imagining purchasing the battery there. If im driving all the way over there you you can just simply keep the battery you sold me and keep the money I spent on it as well
This place is a scam brought my vehicle for brake service they “fixed the problem” when I pick up my car they said it was making this loud noise which didn’t make sense to me because my car was perfectly fine, no check in light no nothing just needed break service. They check the car and said it was the time chain. They took over a month to get that fix, charged me over $2k a week later my car starts to make another noise i took it again they said they needed to check it but according to them it was something very simple to fix another 4 days past no call no nothing I go into the shop and they said my car needed a new motor. And the funny thing is that he put a thicker oils for my car to stop making the noise which means he must of done that in the first place to make me think my car was fixed and for me to pay him. He knew what the problem was the moment I walked in into the shop why was I never notified, that only means he knew all along and was buying off time to make it seems like he was actually checking my car.
Needed my car battery to be replaced and I found this place on Google maps. Took my battery, got it replaced and everything was fine. It had a 3 month warranty and the battery was good. That is for only 2 weeks. The battery I bought at this place only lasted me 2 weeks and then died. Took the battery to AutoZone they confirmed. Don't get your battery replaced here

Been taking my cars to repairs, servicing etc. for a few years. Fair priced and great service. Recommend to anyone who needs their cars repaired, oil changes etc.
Came back once again to bring my car in because I overfilled it . Carlos and the mechanic Nino are very knowledge and I depend on them to give my Chevy Aveo5 all of its servicing needs. They also sell tons of auto parts and If Carlos doesn't have it there, he can get it for you at a reasonable price. I been going to them for a couple years now and will continue to , even when I make mistakes they take care of me. Shoutout to National Auto Parts and Carlos is the man!
So I don't know why I came here Auto Zone is way better price and warranty wise. So I got ripped off from price check over the phone $55 and it went to 79 up front got distracted on the phone and I realize that they charge me $89. Went back home part didn't fit paid mechanic for his time next morning got a ticket because my starter piece wasn't accurate. First and last all visit this spot.
Found a part that I been looking for everywhere else for 2 weeks. I was just by passing and though if they had it, being hesitant I called and sure enough they did!
