I called around 3:00pm and I am less than a mile away from the towing location . The female who answered asked for my location and when I mentioned I was right off the exit from the 710 she sighed and then said she does not have anyone, that was it and then a click when she hung up. She did not even try.
The driver that shown up today was really friendly and patient with me. More important he came right away I called AAA, less than 20 minutes. The service was awesome! Thank you Ramos Heavy Duty Towing.
The service call was terrific! The gentleman arrived in a AAA identified vehicle. He had a friendly demeanor. I led him to where my car was and he immediately got to work as a true professional would. I stood back and allowed him to work his magic. A few minutes later, he was done. I thanked him and we both went on our respective ways.

Every time AAA has referred this company to come help me out they have shown up within 30 minutes. They have been very friendly and helpful every time. These past 2 times it’s been the same driver, and the tow truck driver remembered me. He was very Nice, Patient, and fast! Thank you!
Unbelievable customer service in a bad way. They are horrible I do not know why triple AAA is contracted with them. They are the worst towing company ever dealt with. They said they will be here at 6:00 and than went all the way to 8:00 o'clock. Do not services with this horrible company.
I’ve had service from them before and their drivers have been courteous.
Unfortunately the driver today literally refused to do his job which was to test my battery and replace it under its warranty. He jump started the car and when I asked him to test it he said that if he had to jump it again to run the test I would get marked for a second call with aaa. He left and I called triple A to have another driver come out because unfortunately my battery will not hold a charge and suddenly no one was available with the battery to service my car.
It’s funny if I needed a new battery I’m sure plenty of services would have been available but to replace under warranty no one was available.
Attorney General Bonta need to review cases of illegal towing and scams of tow companies in California. Especially in Los Angeles. The people of California deserve professional service with due diligence.
I want to share our disappointment with a recent experience involving one of your tow truck drivers today Friday October 27th. We were quite upset because the driver behaved recklessly, didn't care about our safety, and showed no respect.
While we were driving, this tow driver (License Plate: 31443W2) almost caused a dangerous accident with his reckless driving. Instead of saying sorry, he just laughed and made rude hand gestures, which was quite upsetting for us.
When we tried to take a picture of his truck to note your company details, he continued to mock us and showed no concern for the possible consequences of his actions. It's really important that you choose your drivers more carefully, as this driver not only put us at risk but also displayed unprofessional behavior.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They are independent contractors to AAA, but they are not trustworthy. Don’t believe any good reviews about this place! A tow truck driver from Ramos towing company referred me to Trust Collision in LA (2801 w slauson ave). They are working with them to get your car in and have your car sold. The tow truck driver I had was cool. I didn’t even report how he was FaceTiming his girlfriend while driving with me in the car. Now I know he is a scammer too. When asked to speak to the manager they made me call AAA for an order number to give them which I did. I still received no call back. Why? Because they know they are running scams. I know inflation is hard on people but don't turn into a money ogre because of it. Ramos towing has made my life harder because of this situation. DO NOT TRUST THEM. If you must, have them take you to where you need to go and dont talk to the tow driver at all, just ignore him. They are Grimey. I only called them to replace my tires then the tow driver says no it has to be taken to a shop. I just gave you their game so choose wisely. They also take FOREVER to get to you smh
A driver name Jack took care of me by towing my vehicle where it needed to be serviced. He was extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend for towing services
Call AA, they send this guy from this company, Ramos towing. He show up very rude , with bad attitude. I was scared cause my car suddenly stop working in the middle of the street. , and he just showed up with this bad attitude, like he was in a bad mood. And his tow truck inside smell very bad . No good.
Yesterday, 6/7/22, my girls accidentally locked me out of my car when I made a stop at the bank. Luckily one of your drivers stopped at the bank as well and when he saw me and my girls waiting by the car he offered to help. Within minutes I was able to get in and grab my keys. He was so nice and helpful, he didn’t want to charge me and wouldn’t even accept a tip. He happened to be in Lake Elsinore all the way from LA and he truly saved the day. I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name, but I want to thank you again for your kindness. It’s so nice to know there is still kindness in the world!
Everyone who picks up the phone is rude and in a rush. I’ve been calling them trying to get a quote for a vehicle tow and no one has any follow through. I was told they can do it and to text my email only to not receive an email quote or any answers as to what’s the next step. I called today and they tell me that their truck is in a different state. It’s very unprofessional and disorganized. I was willing to pay the big price to get the job done and everyone is dragging their feet. No attempt to inform me of anything until I call them.
I called AAA about a week ago for a flat tire and they connected me to Ramos Towing, Jack the driver was so nice, he put air on my tire and made sure I got to the nearest tire shop safely by following me there. I was completely satisfied with my experience, I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
I called AAA and they were able to connect me to a driver by the name of Jack. The estimated arrival time was 55 minutes and Jack was able to get there way sooner than expected. Less than fifteen minutes later, and he arrived. He also called me prior and explained that he would be early and answered all my questions. Really fast service and great customer service. I was definitely totally satisfied!
