My flatbed tow truck broke down on the freeway around 2 am, I found Charlie’s towing, gave them a call, and he came very quick and loaded my tow truck off the freeway with ease, and without causing any damage, the best heavy duty towing service near me. Will use them again for sure when needed, they are open 24hrs.
I was stuck with an engine derate and he came out ON HIS BIRTHDAY!!! He was fast, professional and incredibly cool. I hope I don’t break down out there again, but if I do, I know who I’m calling. Thanks for the rescue, Charlie.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I contacted this company to offload a container, he was very unprofessional, and left 1/2 way thru the job. He was acting like he was on something or bipolar.
He threatened to get violent when I was talking with him to find a solution to the offload issue.
He then extorted me for double the contacted rate for 1/2 the job then threatened violence if I did not pay the extra. I opted to get him gone and decided to write a review to alert others of his action.
Upon further research on Yelp, this company/ owner has a history of violence and threats. I recommend you look at Yelp also before you considered working with this company. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Terrible service, I needed a tow truck and I called and a man answered. He directed me to call another number . When I. Asked him to repeat it because I needed to take it down he got a attitude and said how can I not get it . Like what . Terrible service. Recently during this week my car broke down and I needed a tow, so I pulled up google and found this business. I started by asking for a quote, but the individual that answered was rude. He didn't bother paying attention to my pick-up location and drop-off location, just seemed to get agitated by the second. Phone call ultimately ended with the individual telling me to find another towing company.
I had a flat tire and I call this guy Charlie for
help I asked him to tow my car to my house,he asked she told me she was not a tire service company and I called him I didn't need him for that that I wanted him to tow my car to my house can he ask me again call far my house was I told him about 8 block away dancing answer back. He answered Im too far, so I asked him if he can share a member what I can call and he gave me a number and I ask him let me write down he said I had no need for it and I asked him again for it and he hung up on me . I honestly I don't think he wanted to help me why I come to this conclusion because why he kept asking me questions, he should it to tell me from the beginning that he was not available not ask a bunch of questions just to say that he can't help.
Horrible had to call 3 times and seemed like they didnt want to work it was like we had to beg for them to show up at the end they said they would call back and they never did, left stranded untill i found a more helpful company to tow me
Came from Stockton,Ca. to attend to a family funeral. My car broke down on our way to the funeral (In Whittier,Ca). They arrived promptly, and towed my car to South Central L.A. definately exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much for making this difficult trip, a bit easier.

I was in a tight spot with my Dads old truck. It needed to go to the scrap yard and I had no idea how to get it there. Charlies towing service came out and handled the job efficiently and professionally. The truck was even in a tight location and I assumed that they were going to say there was no way they could help me. They impressed me with their ability to get that truck out of there and even drove it over the scale at the scrap yard! The price was extremely reasonable and I was amazed how well they didn't even bat a eye at my dilemma. I will definitely use them again!!! Five stars is not enough!!!!
