I stopped by AutoZone after receiving a warning light on the 14 freeway. The employee, Max, promptly helped address the battery issue with my vehicle. He was resourceful and honest. He saw the battery was previously purchased from AutoZone 2 years ago. He told me it was under warranty. He replaced the new battery and installed it free of charge. I appreciate the business for their hard work and honest employees!

I’m an elderly man who couldn’t get a battery inside the car, and a young lady by name of Lorena helped me out and explained to me I needed a new battery. She was very helpful and understanding, I’m grateful she was here to help. Most definitely will come back and ask for her only. Great employee company should give her a raise or a promotion.

Came back to see Joey for an engine air filter. I got a great deal and he showed me how to change it in no time. This location will forever be my go to. He was again kind courteous and helpful. I was able to take care of my car and it’s all thanks to Joey and AutoZone!
I had the best experience this morning. I brought my car in because my windshield wiper was flapping, obviously needed replacing and Joey stepped in to my rescue. He changed my windshield wiper out in no time. I ended up asking him about a few other things and he answered my questions with a smile. He was patient, courteous and attentive. This is my go to shop on anything for my car.
Let me tell you the guys in AutoZone are top notch! But Joey definitely handled customer service at its best! I came in to replace my brake light bulb. Joey was super helpful in changing it out for me while showing me how to do it. I typically change out the bulbs myself but this was a new car for me. Went into Autozone with a question about my car. It appeared to be stalling and was not sure what was wrong! I asked an employee if they could walk out to my car and check it out, but they explained that they couldn't. They did offer what MIGHT be the problem, but could not interfere! Needless to say, I went somewhere else!
