It was very good the people were very professional they located the part for you and told you where it was located at like aisle 14 and then it gives you the description of the car so you could be gold or white they also give me the make and model of the car so you located pretty quick and take the part that you need pay for it and get out of there just that quick the place is easy to find and I would highly recommend this place if you need parts for any of your cars or tires or engine transmission you name it
I've been shopping at SFV for many years. I don't recall being disappointed once. They almost always have the parts that I'm looking for. Great products, great prices, honest people. Arman and George are simply awesome!
Terrible customer service and people skills i do not understand the previous reviews on this business other than that the price is fair and walk up pay get your part and leave.
Excellent experience. Part was in great shape. Packaging was incredible for a fragile tail lamp. Arrived quickly to Phoenix, AZ. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from again.
Attempted to make a purchase online. Initially, the order went through however, a few hours later, I checked my card statement and the funds were reversed. I immediately contacted customer service who mentioned about a zip code discrepancy between my card and shipping address. Very odd because normally AMEX verifies this info before processing. However, I acknowledge that mistakes do happen. I wish someone would have reached out, as a courtesy, to inform me of the alleged error instead of me reaching out. The customer service rep then proceeded to message how I needed to repurchase the item online and not by phone. Additionally, the individual reemphasized how I needed to read the description, as this item is damage and bent. Prior to any purchase, I always conduct a deliberate assessment. However, the “bent” comment took me for a loop as the ad only mention about small, minor, to heavy scratches. This is not a negative review however, I think some internal processes need to be relooked.
Great experience with purchasing parts from SFV Auto Parts. The initial brake light unit that was sent did not work, I contacted SFV Auto Parts about the issue. In less then an hour I got a response notifying me that a replacement would be sent out and would arrive in 2 days. New unit arrived promptly and worked great. Definitely great customer service, would recommend for any of your car parts needs.

I ordered a mirror for my jeep online. After a couple of days passed without hearing from them and sent an email to inquire about my order. No response. I then called the number listed on the website and asked the person about the order. He said it would ship that day and they would email the tracking number. Its been five days and no email with the tracking number and no package. I've contacted the credit card company and disputed the charge. Stay away from this company.
1stb choice for me to look period.I ordered a transmission for ls430 Lexus . And price was just a way better one compared to the others including my own local parts people .no complaints to be said .will do business again ,Highly recommend these guys to any one . We are on the east coast, and the part we ordered arrived promptly. SFV Auto parts was responsive and honest and courteous, we would go to them again, and definitely recommend them.
Excellent service from SFV. I am on the East Coast and was a bit hesitant to order so many different parts and some a bit large. I was afraid of damage or mixed up parts. They sent me pictures of everything before it shipped and packaged everything extremely well and fast. I was able to find most of my parts in one place SFV and save quite a bit on shipping. So pleasant to do business with them.

OMG had a heck of a time trying to buying a bumper support. They said they had it, then they didn't, then they did..... The one they wanted to sell me was mangled! How can you try to sell me a mangled part and expect me to put it on a $60K plus car. Complete waste of time!
As a girl it is probabaly the easist thing to be lied to by any auto part or body shop this place not only helped me put but explained to me how to understand the part i was buying what i was buying how it would be used and what needed to be done by my body shop to make it brand new again!!!! Amazing
First time I went there to get a bumper reinforcement bar and they tried to sell me a broken one. Definitely not like the ebay add. Then it happened a second time just today. The worst parts store. Please go somewhere else, these guys will "bait and switch".
