I called to inquire about the Nissan bumper, and the man answering the phone couldn't even give me the time of day. He answered the phone with a "YEAH?!" as if trying to give him business somehow inconvenienced him. Then, before I could even finish asking if they had a bumper for my make and model, he gave me a loud and stern "NO" and hung up on me. While I understand everyone has a bad day, there is no reason to take it out on me, someone trying to give you business. I wouldn't recommend this place, obviously. If they do not have the time of day for someone trying to provide them with money, then I certainly don't have the time of day to recommend their business to anyone. 0/5
Money saving. P.V. had what I needed and sold it for less than two other yards. And, for a little extra they installed the item for me. Compare then go there. The staff was great. P.s. Not the prettiest looking place. Then again, I've never seen a junkyard that was.
Horrible communication and customer service skills. have been trying to get a transmission from them for a week and it's been one excuse after another as to why they can't get the pictures i asked for so i can pay for the transmission. they also lack common knowledge for the parts in which they are selling.
