CRAZY EMPLOYEES! My boyfriend and I were in a uhaul and we noticed that our rear left tire had some damage on it so we called road side assistance and they sent out SoCal and he tried towing our uhaul WHILE I WAS IN IT! And my puppy! Y’all I am 32 weeks pregnant, not okay! We then drove off before he could tow us and be followed us FOR MILES! We had to get the police involved! These people will tow you and no cares given just for a paycheck! If anything had happened to my baby or my puppy, man. He would not be alive. I would sue this company so fast!
Horrible service.
Contacted them, gave them all the information they asked and they quoted me $200. The guy that arrived was so rude, (I think his name was Serob or Sergio, from what I can see in my receipt) I don't know if he was trying to be sarcastic but ended up being so rude. I was so annoyed. He offered like $25 for the car, I kindly declined and thanked him for coming and he just started making rude comments about the car then upped the price until we came to an agreement.
Overall the service was horrible. I would never use them again.
Edit: Fernando however did contact me later and apologized for the lack of communication, was extremely polite, respectful and prompt. He said he would be at the location in 40 minutes and was. Review changed to 5 stars solely because of Fernando's demeanor.
At 11 am on saturday they claimed they would pick it up that same day and would call back with a time. After waiting a few hours like an idiot I attempted to call them back and they are unreachable. You should never make promises to someone and deliver, it is a terrible business practice. Wasted an entire day because of this.
Great service they picked up one of my bfs old wrecked car it was pretty far and they still ended up giving us a great deal on it unlike other services they wanted to charge more for the location .Very Profesional and kind i would definitely recommend this to any of my close friends and family .
Excellent honest service! This is the only company you need to call to sell your car; don't bother with the other towing companies. Omar was great to work with.
I contacted two other towing services because I wanted to get rid of my car but got no responses. So then I called SoCal towing and the owner Omar helped me out right away. He had such friendly and fast service! My car got picked up that same day and I got cash for it right there and then. I super recommend this place!
