Always take my plastic bottles and aluminum cans here but I’ll have to find another place. They are now making you take off each cap on any plastic bottle due to their machine failing. Their mesh containers are super tiny and don’t fit much in the mesh bins.
Hello I started being a customer here at this Recycling place we’re just about a year moving here from Chicago to paramount California it’s real close to my house I recycle for a hobby to keep my mind clear I’m currently going thu liver cirrhosis trying to get by day at a time so today I was on bike with another friend we arrived at 4:46pm they wouldn’t let us in we had everything ready just put in there trash cans and go it wouldn’t take more then 5 minutes mad and disappointed we looked like what’s this ok fine we gone they said we have to be there before 4:40 to get in and that it’s posted. I don’t see it anywhere online where it says that. just posted my thoughts
Yesterday I took two bags of plastic bottles they all where crash even the worker said that's a lot the basket was completely full at least weighted 15 pounds and they only paid for 7lbs I think they not really trustful very disappointed
I called ahead to confirm if this recycling center accepted copper and was given a price over the phone. When my husband and I showed up, the man working there (an Asian gentleman) told my husband they don’t take it. Very unprofessional and misleading—if I’m told one thing on the phone, I expect that information to be accurate when I arrive. Wasted our time and gas for nothing
It's very small and at times hard to find a place to park. Also the baskets they have for recycling are tiny and you need a lot of them for your stuff. Also, they don't have enough
ITS ALWAYS A NICE PLACE TO RECYCLE. EMPLOYEES ARE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS . I ADDED PICTURES , THEY SUPPLY YOU WITH WIRE BASKETS FOR PLASTIC AND CANS. AND BARRELS FOR HEAVIER STUFF LIKE WIRES . GREAT OWNER GREAT PRICES AND GREAT EMPLOYEES. ALSO CRATES TO PLACE YOUR GLASS BOTTLES IN.
I don't have any complain! Well I been coming to this place since more than five years, my family and I... So I always try to have all my recycle ready in clean bags, to just put everything in place in the plastic container... So far good service I have near by places here but I prefer going to this place. I do recommend to try this place to take your recycle
Best place to get the most bang for youre hard earned recycling.Been coming here for years.Place is friendly and fast service.Dont forget gloves and mask and a hat for those sunny days.
The location is not very big, but the guys get you in & out pretty quickly. Various bin sizes to place your recyclables in for weighing, which is nice if you only have a few items of one type. Everytime I have had a question about a bottle or can, I keep separated and the person working helps determine if its good and adds it to the pile or not accepted that I toss out.
The worst! The man in the window is so rude and I can’t believe they ask for drivers license and license plate number so they can give you your money “check”.
I always go here I've never waited long guy at window is just kinda quiet once you get to know him he's really cool really friendly and very informative I highly recommend this place!
Been going here for over 10 years prices are best around and as long as you know what you have and what it's worth there is no reason to be unsatisfied
The worst, nastiest, most cramped center I have been to with the least educated, least helpful, and most rude, contradictory employees.
My 1st attempt here was arduous as no one helped me to figure out what their process was and how they expected me to separate things, so it took a long time but I figured it out. The second attempt was a good experience and there was a helpful guy there. The third attempt was terrible, everyone was extremely rude and contradicted the instruction on how to recycle there I had received previously, no one offered to help or educate me on the new way they wanted things done. There's a short, elderly Asian man that works there who is very rude and curt. He will chastise yoy for doing things improperly and not answer any of your questions.
I would NOT recommend this place and I will NEVER go back.
Dirty, even for being a junk yard. There are a bunch of buckets near the cashier filled with who knows what. Also call before you go to check prices, they will try to pay less than the going rate.
Dirty, confusing, too loud to hear anyone speak, very vague directions, doesn't take paper or cardboard, and it takes forever to separate everything into massive trash cans that you must drag to your vehicle. I don't care about getting paid for things. I just want a clean, efficient, one-stop recycling center where I can bring all of my household items. That, unfortunately, doesn't exist anywhere near my city. So, you end up with tons of tiny, disgusting places like D&T who only recycle a handful of items with a staff that doesn't speak English. Shoot me in the face.
Went there on Sat. 8:10am. Only one person was ahead of. Fast processing and clear calculation. Give 5 stars since we can do the recycling without a long waiting line, which makes me feel lighter on Saturday!
