We were on a family trip 7 hours from home and broke down on the side of the road with a toddler and baby in the car. Jose showed up within a 1/2 hour and picked up the part on his way. Great customer service. Thank you for saving our trip!

OMG!!!! I was stuck on the freeway, my insurance said i would have to wait 3 hours, I called American Towing, and the driver was there in less than 15 minutes, it is the Second time this company help me.

If their was negative - ⭐ I would give those. I was scheduled for a tow and I had to wait on them for two hours. Once they showed up he asked me to turn on my car which was broken down and move it. I told him this may cause extra damage to my car and he said it’s the only way he could get to my car that had nothing blocking the front of it. I reluctantly started my car and movies it into the street. He said I didn’t move it far enough even though it was directly next to the center line of the street. After I said I wouldn’t start it to move it again he proceeded to get in his truck without attempting to put my car in tow and left. Worst service I have had anywhere from any avenue of customer service.
Went to help my friend get his motorcycle out of their tow yard after he crashed it and went to the hospital for four days. They were closed when we arrived, so he called the after hours number on the sign. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and condescending. I went back a few days later without my friend during business hours to take a look and access the damage. They wouldn't even let me look at it. When asked why not, their reply was "it's our policy". I asked to explain the reasoning behind their policy. The response was "it's just our policy". What would the harm be in looking? Very unprofessional, impolite, and unhelpful. $300 for a short tow, plus $75/day storage fee. My friend is injured, and also a veteran. Such disrespect from these criminals. I would NEVER use these guys! They wouldn't even let his own father look at it. It pisses me off that I even have to give them one star in order to post. I'd rate them negative stars if it was possible. Don't do business with these crooks!
