Wish I could leave a 0 star place is terrible trying to order parts from, I’m glad I didn’t use them and the guy working comes up with excuses and is shady. Don’t use them
This place was great. I talked to Cesar on the phone, and he reassured me he would have the parts clean and ready when arriving parts were ready and he help out putting parts in my vehicle.

Terrible service, ordered OVER $1,000 in parts from this place, after going back and forth with them for over a WEEK, I never received my parts. Ive never received a refund and they stopped answering my calls or texts! They where also very rude! Honestly the WORST parts dealer/junk yard I've ever dealt with!
Whittier place ever made me drive 35 miles for a part once I got there they told me oh sorry it's not here it's about 10 miles from here after I drover 35 minutes just to get to them. Smh. Make sure they have your part if you plan on heading there and get your time wasted.
WORST experience ever. Was there few times and never happy. They confuse parts and vehicles. And cherry on the cake that one of the employe called me fat right in front of his boss. And he did nothing. Only said “ Sorry. It’s because of culture differences”. Really? Is it okay in Mexico telling young ladies that they are fat? I imagine young girl with a lot of insecurities in this car wrecking place. She will be in tears.
And all we want from this place it’s just give right and good part for our vehicles.

Literally the worst junky yard ever. Those guys who works there have to watch their mouth. They disrespect their customers by calling them bad words. CEO of this place, consider who you working with since you’re giving the WORST customer service. I wish I could give you less stars then just 1. People who reading this and trying to go to this place first time, please don’t go there, they don’t know how to talk to customers and give them right auto parts. Disappointed.

Awesome place to get parts in great condition for your vehicle. Customer service is awesome! Sales Tech named David, is super helpful and took his time and helped me find the part I needed for my vehicle.

Baddd bad customers service, DO NOT BUY YOUR PARTS HERE, they do not know which part fit which car they will say yes this fit this car and screw you over. When you return they will say is your fault, and always record if you gonna order it from the phone. Never buying from here again. Never, i would not recommend anyone to buy it from this place.
