I ordered a swatch of fabric for my fur suit so I could see it and feel it and make sure that this was the fur I wanted. Selection was easy (someone had their game face on when they made the user interface for the website). It got to me super quick (which made me happy) and I am super impressed by the quality of the fur. This stuff is soft. So soft it borders on UwU crimes. I can't stop petting the swatch of fur. My only complaint is now I am worried I won't be able to stop petting my fursuit when we make it.

This is my first purchase of Ponte Roma fabric. It feels wonderful and it is a great bottom white fabric!

I received my order quickly. Also their customer service is terrific. They called me because I had mispelled the name of my street. They called to get the correct address. The fabric is lovely, exactly what I expected.

Ordered several samples so I could feel and see them in person. Everything went as expected and I love that the samples came labeled as to which sample they were. Have ordered from other places and they did not label them and it makes it hard to know which one is what. Shipping was great and arrived fairly quickly.

I bought some fabric for a plushie project, and it's absolutely perfect! High quality stuff at reasonable prices, I really do love Big Z Fabric and I'll be buying more from them in the future! I love that they also have sample sheets in case you're not sure what you need. Very helpful!

Fantastic fabrics! Great quality faux fur and minky in a lovely variety of colors, and always very communicative with orders. Quickly becoming one of my go-to fabric suppliers. Only wish they offered smaller size options. My projects are usually rather small, so even a half yard is a lot of fabric for me to order of any single color. I love the variety scrap boxes, but I guess I'm not the only one, as the faux fur and minky are almost always out of stock.

Brown Shaggy Babysoft Minky— shiny, not too long-pile, and gorgeous quality. I underestimated the shipping price, but that’s my fault and not the seller.

Won’t ever order from them again. Accidentally forgot to order a half yard of a specific fabric, called customer service immediately after making the order and they told me that there was nothing I could do and I’d need to pay another 30 dollars shipping for 7 dollars worth of fabric. We decided to try them as a new supplier for our business after a recommendation from a friend, but after that experience I’ll never be back. Way to lose a customer for good.

After the local fabric store closed I was on the hunt for a new place to buy the goods. I ordered fabric for Halloween costumes and that was enough to know that I will not be back. I held off writing a review but after several friends asked where I was going for my Christmas fabric I thought it better to share my review. I ordered two fabrics, shipping was pricey but they did arrive quickly. One fabric looked exactly as pictured the other was no where close to the website. I tried it in several lighting situations and in no situation was I able to come close to the color represented. I contacted customer service they reached out to the warehouse. I was told it was confirmed by the warehouse that I received the wrong fabric. Offers were made to "make it right". I felt good about the service received and appreciated ownership of a mistake. As soon as I replied to accept an offer the next email was then confirming that the previous confirmation was incorrect and retracted all offers of assistance. It felt like a bait and switch and It was rough.

Arrived on date expected. Was less than a week between placing order & receiving my order. The fur is so beautiful!

I ordered two fabric scraps boxes and they're absolutely perfect! I got a huge variety of fun fabrics to try out and this early 2000's cheetah print is my fav.

Bought a roll of carbon vinyl and had it sent to Europe at much expense. It was damaged due to the way it was rolled on the roll plus was a completely a different color to what was on their website. ordered bright white and what arrived was more like a cream color. Wrote to the company but they did not want to help me.

I buy fur from BigZ and I can say, hands down it’s the best fur I’ve purchased for fur suits. The delivery is also very fast; considering it’s being shipped from the USA to Australia delivery is often quicker than a local supplier. Only drawback is shipping costs, but they use a reputable carrier so your order doesn’t get lost or damaged. Will continue to buy from them, I’m very happy.

Very nice fabric. shipping is pretty fast as well. I did have a issue with part of my order it got lost in the mail but they took care of me. I would recommend Big Z Fabric

Big Z has been SUCH a great find. We use all sorts of fabrics in theatre prop production, which can vary greatly according to the show. I’m working on a project that requires me to match fur colors to what I already have. So far all I’ve ordered is samples, and it’s been the easiest experience. The fabric swatches are gorgeous, and the fur seems high quality (very soft to the touch). I’m excited to order it by the yards when I finally make a decision.

I ordered the ostrich vinyl in various colors. When I received the material it was exactly as described. I made a backpack and was surprised how easily it was to work with. The material has a soft but sturdy backing. Easy to make straps from the same material. I'm so glad I came across this site while scrolling for material. I do recommend this product.

Really responsive customer service even as LA was on fire, it occured to me that they may have needed to evaluate - but they answered me the following business day. Really nice people. The fur looks great, it is thick and soft and the color is fabulous. Thank you so much, my daughter's dream is to have a "fur" coat and her grandmother is making her one.

Ordered from them twice now first order was black and white faux fur and it is pretty good quality I like it a lot. Second order was 2 of their poly cotton fabric black with white paw prints and white with black paw prints and then black and white minky fabric love them both. My only problem was my second order I chose USPS priority mail and yet they shipped it with FedEx. (first order I chose USPS priority mail and it was shipped with USPS) I mean I don't mind it I just don't like FedEx all too much I also paid an extra dollar for it to be shipped with USPS but it's fine. Added pics of the fabric and what I've made with the fur so far. ^^

First, best price on the Web! Fast shipping and customer service was awesome and helpful. I got my 4 yards of Black mamba snake skin in Samurai green and is perfect for my Harley project. I’m post pics after my interior guy does his magic. Today I’ll post what I received. Wrapped and in perfect shape. I highly recommend Big Z to everyone.
