When i called and got tired of waiting on hold i called autozone and napa all 2 different shops were able to answer me with what i needed and when i called back i was still put on hold i called because i wanted to buy the part from here but seems they dont know how to multitask or probaly working all slow as usual
If u go for there for free battery charging, make sure u test it before u go in here .. I went to go get a car battery charged, it was low because the car I had it in a car I don't use as much so the battery drains.. I went in to get it charged, and they told me it would be an hour or so. I came back, and they said the battery is bad and didn't wanna hold the charge. I took back and went around the corner to Harbor Freight, bought a battery charger, and hooked it within 20 minutes it was fully charged and was able to start my car. I have used it twice already to fully charge my battery, so there was nothing wrong with the battery at all. I'm pretty they didn't even try to charge the battery, and anyone that comes for a free battery charge they already have in mind they are going to say the battery is bad to get u to buy a new one be aware
Oreillys of long beach blvd, life savers. Went to competitor to have starter check out, non of the machines were operational, came to O'Reilly and they had their stuff together, gentlemen at the counter was helpful, tested my starter, they won my business.
I hate to leave this review. I’ve been going to this store for almost 2 decades and I’ve never had an issue. The guys there are pretty chill. Shoutout to Peter! Great guy. However, I walked in the store today to do an exchange for an item I had purchased 2 weeks ago and that all changed. I bought 2 coolant gallons due to a water pump replacement and I only ended up needing 1. It was sealed, never opened. I misplaced the receipt but I did pay with my credit card and it was purchased with a water pump so my phone number was given for the transaction. FRANCISCO “looked” for the transaction and he was quick to say that it wasn’t there. I didn’t even want the money back. I needed to get something else from the store. He claimed that I would have to wait until tomorrow because his manager wasn’t there. It was obvious that he simply didn’t want to do it. I have lost my receipts in other occasions and I’ve never had to go through this with anyone else. I don’t waste time or energy, especially on a guy like him. I drove to another nearby O’reillys and they quickly found my receipt and took care of me. MANAGEMENT should have this guy working in the back because it’s clear that he can’t handle customer service properly. I can say my store, a loyal customer for so many years, thousands of dollars, close to home, and I had to go through this inconvenience.
It's not my first time here but this time around i was helped by Steven at this location and he was very helpful, i have to say he has been the most helpful of all from my times coming in here.
The commerial department was great, very polite, patient and fast with checking me out. They did not rush me when I opened each box of parts provided to for inspection. I was very pleased.

I Had a good experience, the Store was clean & organized. The Reps were knowledgeable about the products & the Manager was on point & he even Helped me out a little bit with my purchase...I had a good experience & there wasn't a line bcz they were taking care of the customers quickly....
I am here for battery change. I was misled by other O’Reilly store but the store manager Rommel at Lynwood is really helpful. He change my battery regardless and provided excellent services. He’s patience and dedicated. O’Reilly could use more people like him. 5/5 recommend!!
It's a normal Auto Parts store, this one is fairly clean and relatively well stocked. Staff seemed fairly knowledgeable about where things were and looking up parts cross references.
Rainy and foggy day and noticed my front headlight goes off so I quickly drove to O' Reilly. Alexis was able to assist me in getting the new light! 😀 Thank you!!
They usaly have my parts for my vehicle.and if not they will order it for me.and try next day or 2 at least.they are willing ta look up car parts for ya.or what ever you need.they try really hard to make your visit as easy as possible.and put a smile on your face.in these times.
Got a dead super start extreme battery I purchased 2 years 5 months ago. These batteries come with 3 year warranty. Dude at counter said warranty expired and insisted on selling me a more expensive battery that was $200. Went to a different O'Reilly and guess what, I still had warranty......
Do Not Come Here. They will try to scam you buy selling you a new part when the old one is still under warranty.
There was a line of customers waiting and the Employees were in the back taking and on the phone , I asked one of the guys if there were any one else working he ignored me , like ten min after I asked for the manager and was ignored again they are unhelpful and they don't know anything about cars I think management should look into that .
