Title clerk is worst in the world Very slow don't know policy of copart Previous never had issues but since september 2025 was change in stuff and change personal who responded for titles and now it's desaster if nothing will change i will change location Very strange how one persone can significantly change situation

Fire the girl with glasses. She has absolutely no understanding of her job. I came in and spent 40 minutes asking to have my bill of sale printed to show that I paid for the motorcycle. Although usually when I came, they would print the documents for me right away without any problems.

Fraudulent will sell you a car that says runs and drives, and once you get there the motor is blown. Go back inside and ask for a refund. Get a lawyer if necessary.

These places are literally street vendors, with license(s), selling refused/unwanted vehicles with tons of issues at a not cheap price. But yes, the word "auction" sounds like I'm getting a great deal here and saving a bunch of money, which is not true!

I had totaled my car over a week ago, and I found out from my insurance that Copart was going to be receiving my car, so I called and I spoked with CSR Laura @ yard #180 to see if they received the vehicle and the condition it was knowing it was a total loss from my car accident, she had mention they did receive it just was missing the tailgate which I find it weird why the towing company Earl Scheib removed it, if the tailgate had nothing to do with the accident, I crashed the passenger front side. Ms Laura was very helpful and understanding when I requested for the photos of my vehicle (not sure if that was possible to get them) she sent them right away to me no questions asked. She did asked if myself and who ever was in the car was okay told yes, as well if I had a child in the car I told her no that my child was school when it happened, as said some people may or may not know about the car seat was expired once you get into accident I told oh yes I’m was aware of it being lost as well and that i was in the process of purchase a new one.. I appreciate her help, and her kind words..

Copart does not and will not value and appreciate your business or the resources and time of you, your employees and your company. Horrible inflexible settings. The quest is often tiring. As an example: If you bought a car, paid for it, made an appointment, arrived on time to pick up the car, push all possible buttons, received papers in your hands, then even in this case they can cancel the appointment! It would seem that this is the final boss, but even here you can get terrible service too. Appointment is canceled without the possibility of restoring it or moving it a little to a later time, for example in an hour. They will just keep you waiting for another day and another day... ad infinitum. Delivery will be idle, your capacity will be empty, but an additional storage fee will be charged. Managers in fact have no authority and no customer focus. The principle of “time is money” has been forgotten. But the rule “an employee paid per hour does not want to work and develop the business” works very well! The entire staff is like a lazy fly, just sitting around at work from and to, then home. “NONE OF MY BUSINESS” became the company slogan. The situation is terrible and not funny. Urgent intervention and improvement of customer service is needed ASAP!!!

had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this location and its General Manager Alfonso Argott, and I cannot emphasize enough how unethical their practices are and how abysmal his customer service was. They flat out lied about their policy and refused to honor it. when I confronted him about it, he was simply dismissive and unapologetic

My fourth time there. After thre first time...the wait time is way better. 10 min to 20 and your in. Great place and you can drive off the lot with your car. I like this Copart. Buying most of my cars from this lot. Update...you cannot drive cars out now. All cars leave on transport.

By far the best copart in SoCal, they always get the cars out fast and the titles too, it can be a little cramped but it beats the other coparts in the area.

My Car biz is Eurocar Sales Corp. I recently Bought a Maserati from this location . I was a bit worried when i showed up without an appointment to pick it up . However , to my joyful surprise , the person who helped me was fast and friendly . They even got me loaded in about 15 minutes ! 5 stars all the way

Absolutely horrendous service - I tried donating my car to Kars4Kids and Copart messed up getting my car towed THREE different times. No idea what system they use to organize tows but it clearly doesn't work.

People come far away and they don’t have a restroom available for customers that are bringing business to this place. You go in and nobody acknowledges you, you don’t get a “hi, we will be with you in a moment”. They need to work on their customer service skills.

Tried ZERO stars but not available, horrible service waited over 4 hours for my car and then since it’s almost 5pm they refused to bring car out because the forklift driver was getting ready to go home! Horrible

Terrible customer service and lazy staff. Arrived there at 9am to pick up one car and multiple people were allowed to skip in line to receive there vehicles because they knew the staff. I waited for over 5 hours. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a car from there

Trying to sell my car. Told me same day pickup, then called and said next day. Then next day called and said next day. Each time was a "promise" that they could pick up the car on the scheduled day.

Terrible all the workers are just hanging out in the back buying more cars and filling the yard up with more cars meanwhile they wont help you take a car out or finish paying for a vehicle , what is this place a business? Copart if you see this fix the problem you are making enough money to hire the workforce yall need stop playing games will go to IAA for my next purchases

Eddie, Antonio and Gabby are the best. Everytime I pick up my cars they are super courteous and helpful. Can't say the same for the other Coparts I've been in. Sun Valley copart rocks. Clean place and friendly people.

Be very careful bidding for vehicles with expensive drive trains - there is a high level of fraud with these particular types of vehicles at Copart. I have been burned numerous times. In the beginning Copart was willing to work with me - they are now uncoperative in sales involving fraud. The vehicle shown below has had the drive train removed and replaced with a core and then consigned to Copart for sale. I called and talked to representatives at Copart and was told the general manager would call me back. I called several times when I was not contacted and left with no contact from Copart. Be very careful of Fraud at Copart.

Bought a car from here. Little damage in rear area. When I went there to pick up. The front bumper was completely damage due to tow driver handle it bad. Forklift driver handle the vehicle really badly. They just don’t care throw good cars around like balls. Now I have to pay more than $1000 to fix it on the top of the damage area. I know some cars are really bad shape when it get to lot. And some cars has little damage when it’s get in the lot. Please handle the good car with careful not making it more damage. People buy car base on the photo damage. The extra damage when you see a car make customer mad.

Great customer service .great leadership.general manager finds solutions not problems!!!! And wherever theres great leadership theres great staff so overall general manager does not hide he helps out also his staff when asked to see him the staff will ask manager to see if he has a minute for customer..

The worst Copart Award goes to this one! 1) Employees are rude. 2) Tiny trailer office. No waiting area. Made us wait outside in the rain. 3) There are no signs outside to direct customers where the damn office is or which gate the trucks should pull in. I hope you guys go out of business one day or a better management overtakes this mess.

Not nearly as nice as van nuys, place is dirty and disorganized. the employees are crammed into a small trailer and seem stressed out. No AC and have to wait outside.

Employees don't want to work at all,don't care about the customers,also the don't car about the cars(the products).I know you get paid hourly but dealers make money of that product. Scratched or pushed who cares.the cars in the photos has no scratches and you go and check it you will see damages from lack of care.And all the cars that are in this location the batteries are dead what a coincidence!!!and the ones in Van Nuys location work!!! Bad Bad Bad... take care of your business.

*I have never been to the location, only via phone* I contacted Peddler to sell my car and they put me into contact with copart. Copart immediately set up a convenient towing time for my broken down but beautiful vehicle (although they were over an hour late) and gave me a very reasonable check on the spot. Very convenient and easy!

Worst customer service experience. I have called multiple times left multiple messages and manager has never returned any of my messages. No point in calling unless you like to stay on hold for over 20 minutes.
