I went in there with my mom to buy an alternator and regulator for her 76 dodge van which we needed right away. Giovanni there helped us locate the parts at an available store to have them personally delivered at our location and went above and beyond in delivering professional and friendly customer service. Also a plus that he was bilingual and was able to communicate with my mom directly and explain the situation. This will be our go to auto parts store in the future. Thank you Giovanni.
I just came back a few hours ago getting a new battery from O Reilly. This lazy asian guy with glasses didnt even install the battery for me. I only brought my vehicle over because I want them to swap to new battery. Such cruddy service. I came back here at this location because last time which was my first time service was good. He couldnt even carry a battery without a dolly. He straight up gave me the battery in a dolly and tools and left me with the task he needs to do. Talk about being lazy. I am going to NAPA

I recently purchased parts from O'Reilly Auto Parts and I was incredibly impressed with their service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They had exactly the parts I needed at a great price and the parts were of good quality. The checkout process was fast and easy. Staff was very cordial, informative in explaining the work to be done on the car. Should be able to have contact information of auto garages around the store where the repair work can be done whenever it is inquired by a client without any responsibility.
This review is for the wilmingtin location. Patient. The teammember who assisted us was courteous and helped identify the part we needed.
The prices are slightly higher than auto o zone , but not by much. But parking is easier to get in and outof and the parking lot is cleaner and wrll lit. (comp to Auto Zone in Wilmington).
Plenty of parking and wheel chair accessible.

Just don't loose the sticker they give u when you get a battery charged because you will get grief. We had to argue for our battery but in the they gave it up. I could not knock off any stars for following store policies
This spot was definitely a little seedy. There was a dude fixing a clapped out Camry right at the front door and was less than pleasant when the staff had a few words with him. Also the parking lot is pretty small. None of this is the fault of the store.
The staff was pleasant and gave me all the info I needed. Prices were good too, none of that nonsense up charging in comparison to online prices
I was in the area and got a flat. The guys there were super helpful allowing my to put the spare on and putting up with me coming in every 30minites or so to get a new tool. Ended up leaving the truck there overnight and again didn't have any issues with that. Super grateful that they were there for me.
I have been coming here for years, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
They checked my battery and changed my windshield wipers for free, even though I didn't spend money there on that particular day.

Nick has poor customer service he is only in it to make the company a quick buck. I had a few items I needed to return and he wouldn't return them because he didn't have enough cash in his drawer, so they can easily take my money but not give it back. So I went to the location on carson street and they told me it can be refunded to my card instead of cash or I could come back when a manager is in to be able to assist. Why couldn't nick offer to return my purchase to a card rather then deny me?

Went to the one in Norwalk off Rosecrans. I called before to see if they honor a price? She said they will and informed her that I was on my way. When I got there, no one seemed to know who got the call? I seen a Female, but she denied getting the call. Wasted my time and was late for work.
Horrible customer service. Guy couldn't even look up a simple light bulb I needed and he has a computer in front of him. Guess a high school diploma isn't needed to work here.
So helpful. I didnt know the year if my car (just bought a used car) and needed wiper blades. The gentleman came out to my car, wrote down my license plate and went back into the store and looked up my information. He then turned the monitor towards me so I could take a picture for my future reference. After purchasing my new blades he installed them for me. He was so kind and helpful. He did not make me feel like a "dumb female" at all. My headlights were cloudy because the plastic is old, so he asked me to wait a sec. He brought out some stuff on a cloth and rubs the headlights for me, not perfect, but to show me that I could fix them without having to purchase new stuff. This is why I love coming to this location and appreciate this company. They allow their employees to HELP people!
They had the hard to find part in stock. Employee was very helpful. He even did a free check engine light diagnostic. Mechanic shops want to charge $75 to $100 for the same service.
Truly honest and friendly employees, and somehow open everytime I go there, and lately its been pretty often, sunday night at 8pm, everything else around it, closed. Labor day same hours as any other day. I think they may not really need to be open for all the hours they are, but I appreciate it.
